Stayed Dec 23, 2025Excellent stay! The house was perfect for our stay. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was so close to everything. The amenities were great and we loved sitting on the deck looking at the lake. Daniel was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions.

We enjoyed the peaceful lake views from the balcony, the comfortable beds, easy parking, and the excellent communication. Our stay was wonderful, and we highly recommend it!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025This property was perfect for our time in Charleston. Upon arrival we found it to be extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect space for our family of 5, allowing us to spread out during our stay. It is conveniently located, making our trips to the beach and downtown a breeze. Host was great, very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Rental was very clean and very roomy. We felt very comfortable there. We enjoyed the lake view and the turtles! This is not a lake to swim in or even walk around. It’s a small lake with townhomes around it. This worked great for us but I do think it is important to know. The location made going in to Charleston or going to Folly Beach and the plantations all really easy.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025This townhouse is outside the busy city so it is quiet with easy parking. It backs up to water with a nice deck and the room are well appointed with excellent mattresses on the beds. Kitchen was great for breakfast and one dinner in. It's fairly vertical so only limitation would be if you have a family member who can't do stairs.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Overall stay was great. We had a minor issue with fruit flies coming through the drain. Host told us where supplies were located and also sent an attendant to rectify the issue. Property has some age on it, but was spotless and very well organized with labels. They only downside was the late check in time of 4:00pm which created a late start for us but overall enjoyable and would consider again for annual business meeting & family vacation

Stayed Sep 27, 2024We took a trip to Charleston for the weekend and stayed here so we could all be together. This place was so roomy for all 7 of us! The kids loved the back deck overlooking the water and spotting birds, ducks, fish in the water. There are enough bathrooms so that we didn’t have to wait to get ready. Daniel is a wonder host. We had no issues with anything about the house but he responds so quickly on me letting him know we were on our way and when we left. I will definitely rent here again for our next trip back down!
