Stayed Mar 27, 2025Our daughter got married this past weekend. We were looking for a place that was pretty close to the venue since we lived out of town that would accommodate our large family. We luckily found this lake house at Badin Lake. It was absolutely perfect for our family and accommodated all of us. We love the game room and the view of the lake. Every day from every part of the house was gorgeous. We definitely will be back.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025Amazing property. Gorgeous home. Amenities galore! We brought board games but didn't really need to. More than enough options for entertaining. Would book here again in a heartbeat. Maybe during warmer weather to enjoy the lake.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024This place was amazing! The game room, secret upstairs kiddie library, upstairs lounge area, and kayaks were huge hits with adults and children alike. Our hosts went above and beyond since the weather was bad at the beginning of our stay and gave us a generous late checkout. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024Worked extremely well for our 40th anniversary, which included our three married children, spouses and six grandchildren. Each had their own space to retreat to and very comfortable gathering rooms throughout the house. Great decks and kitchens.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024My family had a wonderful time here and hope to come again. There were so many games and activities in the house and so much fun to be had in the lake with the kayaks, paddleboards, and floats, there was no reason to leave. Everyone in the family loved it.

Stayed May 17, 2024Our family had a wonderful vacation at M&D's Lakeshore Bliss! After visiting the NC Zoo, this was a perfect location to extend our family fun with great water views and plenty of outdoor and indoor amenities. We especially enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and lounging on the screened-in porch. The game room was a big hit for all ages - Pop-a-Shot basketball, karaoke, air hockey, ping pong, pool and so much more. The house was immaculate and the hosts were exceptionally accommodating and responsive. Our family highly recommends this lakeside oasis!!
