Lakefront Haven ~ 6 Mi to Historic Granbury Square

We celebrated Christmas here and it was beautiful peaceful the place was amazing decorated definitely will be coming back and it has a beautiful view to the lake. The communication with owners was very nice and friendly.

Very Quiet spot. Large deck was great. Kitchen had everything you could need. Air conditioning worked great and kept the home at a perfect temp. Beds comfy.

We had a wonderful family stay. We took a long weekend to enjoy some lake time and to celebrate recent high school graduations, June birthdays, and our anniversary. We had a fun and relaxing time. Our teenagers enjoyed the water sports and we old folks enjoyed the views and the lake-time pace.

The view is amazing. Carpets are stained, furniture is old, beds are old and very uncomfortable.

Our family of 5 loved the house and being right on the water. We were 20-30 minutes to everything we wanted to do in the area. It was a very quiet neighborhood and location.

Fantastic location! Surrounded on two sides by water and tucked away on the back of a gated neighborhood. It is a cute property and you can tell that a lot of effort and time has been spent to keep this place looking good. Unfortunately, it was not all great. The house wasn’t very clean. The floors were but the counter top had coffee and other food stuck to it, there was a moldy food cover in the microwave (smelled like alfredo?), the fridge had something sticky in the door and the drawers were sticky. The trash can was broken and filthy inside and out. Many surfaces in the home were dusty like on top of the fridge, the bathroom exhaust vents, the shelves in the bathroom, the light fixtures and the top of the showers but I’m pretty tall so I tend to notice that more than others shorter than me.Fixtures like the towel hooks were loose and the toilets were VERY difficult to flush.We tried to use the grill but the flame was so uneven and it started smoking before anything was on it so it too could use a good cleaning. The bed in the primary bedroom sagged down to the middle which was uncomfortable. The kids were looking forward to making s’mores in the fire pit but there was no wood provided. The fireplace was left full of ashes with no more wood and it caused the house to smell very strongly of burnt wood the first night.This could be a great place with a bit more attention to the details.

Loved everything about this house. Great location, clean, spacious, quiet, and so much more. Planned a trip to Granbury for a mother/daughter weekend. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful views of the lake.

We enjoyed this quiet lake house during our holiday. Beds and linens were comfy and the house was decorated for Christmas. We will be back when it’s warmer weather.

It was just right for my husband, myself, and our 3 young boys. Fishing, yard to play in, plenty of the room in the house, safe neighborhood, clean, on and on!!!

This was an ideal location for 4 old friends from Dallas and McKinney for our annual fall trip. This weekend getaway has been a tradition for 30+ years, and this property was a favorite. The weather was gorgeous, so we spent lots of time on the amazing deck overlooking the lake. The home was clean, with plenty of seating inside and out, and beds were comfortable. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed. Our Host contact couldn’t have been more responsive when we had questions. We had some trouble finding tv remotes, and could have used more hand soap and deodorizing spray in baths, but overall we loved everything about this home. It far exceeded our expectations, and woul like to come back.

Second time to stay here in past 24 months. Great on the water location. No problems, no issues at all.

Amazing, the perfect location!

We all loved the property. This is our second stay on Lake Granbury and definitely would come back. We have been to the town of Granbury many, many times over the years but usually just passing thru on our way to Lampasas (where we have hunting property). Everything was in the home that we needed, beautiful - yet simple inside. Love the porch and the view of the lake. Thanks again. Jackie Rumbo

Tastefully and comfortably decorated; easy access to water for paddleboarding/kayaking. Fantastic view! Can’t wait to go back!

Pros: location, outside deck, right next to the water, plenty of outside seating Cons: bad ant problem outside, tv problems, lights needed under the car port

Sisters hanging out together, had a great time, enjoyed the tranquility of the lake and neighborhood. House was awesome and clean. We hope to come again

We absolutely loved this place! The waterfront was perfect and views were amazing. We will definitely be back. The one and only negative was the master bed. The mattress and pillows need to be replaced. We both rolled to the center - LOL! Again, that’s the ONLY negative. The back deck was where we spent most of our time and were only a few feet from the water!

We had a great stay and loved the location (right on the water)! House was cleaned and spacious. We took our boat and 2 SeaDoos and we're able to tied them up to the dock. There was also plenty of room for parking and trailers
