Stayed Sep 5, 2025I stayed with my family that included little kids. The kids enjoyed the sand and being able to walk right out onto the beach. Great location to a public beach. We could see Chicago the whole time. The area was really nice and we felt safe. Definitely recommend a stay here!!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Perfect Lake Michigan stay right on the lake! Beautiful sunset views! Easy walk to and from the beach. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Kitchen well stocked to make meals and comfortable beds. Enjoyed making s'mores over the fire pit and relaxing on the deck. Wish we had booked a few more nights.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025This view of Lake MI is spectacular from our primary suite and living room and deck. We were able to take a 3 and 4 year old to the beach and swim, and return anytime to the home when they needed a break. We grilled out and didn’t go to restaurants. Sitting on the deck, one evening at sunset, we got a spectacular show of hundreds of dragonflies showing off their graceful flight patterns all around us. It lasted for 20 minutes and was great magical fun for the family. The water was refreshing for swimming and safe shores for little ones to play. if you are looking for a family beach vacation close to home without the hassles of flight and dangers of the ocean this is the place to be!

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Excellent home, well appointed! Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, good linens. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals for large family. Furniture is in good condition. Directly on the beach with private walkway to Lake Michigan. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to town. Owner was very quick to respond to questions and generous with extended checkout time! Thank you Rex!! A must stay if you want proximity to south shore train out of Chicago!

Stayed Aug 11, 2024Our stay at the townhome on Miller Beach was wonderful! The house was well supplied, very clean, and very comfortable. But the best part was the beautiful views of Lake Michigan. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and evening happy hours watching the sunsets. The owners were very accommodating to our requests. There were only 4 of us, so we had lots of room to relax inside and out. Great place to vacation!

Stayed Jul 30, 2024We loved this condo. Great area compared to other beaches we went to. Lake access is literally steps out of the yard and over the dune to a clean well kept beach. Beds were comfortable, furnishings and extras like laundry detergent were exactly what we needed. Great stay for our family.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024We had a wonderful stay here. The location is great - just steps from the beach. We went to the beach every day and it was nice to be able to easily go back to the house to eat lunch, take a break, etc. We grilled out, used the hammock, had smores over the fire pit. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024Steps from a nice beach. Check in was easy, owners polite and attentive, plenty of room for everyone. Be aware that with three levels, there were a lot of stairs, and temperature control was tricky. However, I would stay again, and would recommend the property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved our stay here. It's right on the beach, and the house is huge and beautiful. The owner put together a really thoughtful guide book that we enjoyed reading. Our only issue was the stove... even at 200 degrees it was burning everything in minutes.
