Lakefront Fairbanks Home w/ Private Beach!

There is beautiful lake view in the back yard and very clean warm house.

I really loved the backyard patio area and the frozen lake. The kitchen was great and the bedrooms were great. Great location to the town amenities and to aurora viewing areas. Wish we had washer and dryer but no issues otherwise.

Easy access for shoping and excursions

Loved being on the lake. No exhaust fan in kitchen made cooking tricky. The king size bed was amazing and the house stayed warm. Loved the location. Would have liked to be able to use washer/dryer. Ice maker didn't work and there were no ice cube trays. But, It worked well for us and we appreciated the easy check in instructions. Just had to trial and error how to lock the door from the outside, getting in was easy. Neighborhood was quiet. Couch was comfortable.

The property is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having our coffee (every morning) out on the deck. The bed in the master was a great sleep. The flannel sheets were a blessing! Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

House was just as pictured! The lake view was awesome. We had a great time, just for those thinking of booking, we didn’t realize there was no washer and dryer. That was our fault for not checking listing. Just thought it was a given. So just keep that in mind. Other than that, very nice! Great location.

The property was good but not fancy on our trip to Fairbanks. The view of the back yard lake was very nice. We were hoping there would be a washer and dryer.

Location was close enough to everything yet far enough away. Clean and convenient. The lake view was beautiful.

Clean, comfortable house in easy drive to all of Fairbanks. View our over frozen lake allowed Aurora views on the one night that was not cloudy.Great communication with host.

As advertised and a perfect location to enjoy winter activities in and around Fairbanks. From dogsledding to ice fishing and breweries to Chena Hot Springs, the house provided the perfect amenities. (Although laundry would be a great addition.)

From the deck of the house was a lovely veiw of the frozen lake with nice sunsets. The house was nicely decorated and well equiped with appliances, fireplace, comfy couch and cool multiplugs on each side of the bed. The king bed was very comfortable with warm fannel sheets. There were plenty of fluffy towels, but they need a towel rack or towel hooks in the master bath. All the main areas were very clean, but there were some sneaky areas, like under the shower curtain or around the TV cradenza that need to be cleaned or dusted. We had a great winter trip, but it would be a nice place to stay in the summer too!

Great location for Faribanks and aurora viewing. We saw the Aurora 2 nights from the house!!! Ten minutes to city center and close proximity to attractions, all while located feet from a beautiful lake!!

The property was nice, with a deck overlooking the lake. Great place to sit on a nice day; unfortunately for us it rained the entire time we were there. ? There were a couple of things that could have been improved. Most of the doors in the house stuck when you tried to close them, making it difficult to be quiet in the middle of the night. There was a plastic mattress cover on our bed with terribly pilling flannel sheets.

Very nice house. Roomy. Thermostat was locked on 68 which was a little cooler than we preferred at night. 2nd bedroom door was extremely difficult to close w/o force. Hole in wall. Kitchen drawer facing broken on 1 drawer. Beautiful view out back. Quick response to questions.

Home needs maintenance and better cleaning crew. Also needs washer and dryer on site. Doors swollen so hard to close. Bathrooms dusty with hair. Freezer food stuck to bottom.

Very nicely appointed home with everything you need in the kitchen, super comfortable beds/pillows, room darkening curtains and accommodating host. Thank you!
