Amazing views and beautiful accommodations! Exactly as described and the host was so responsive. Would definitely stay again!

I truly did not want to leave, this home felt like home, and it was almost out of a movie how beautiful the property and location are. I would absolutely stay here again, it was an unreal and I’ll never forget it. 10/10. The lake view is INCREDIBLE, the game room was so cozy & the property had everything we could ever want. It made for the best birthday possible.

The house itself is BEAUTIFUL. Very spacious. Game room was great for the teenagers. Amazing views. Hot tub was a plus. Kitchen was spectacular. Again, the house itself was amazing. A few down falls (nothing that cant be fixed). Better equipped. More pots and pans. ( there were a ton of lids with no pots and pans to go with them) maybe some Salt & pepper, oil, foil paper, zip loc bags (things that the normal person would forget as a just in case) More kitchen towels, more bath towels, detergent. Again, these are easy fixes. Overall, great house!!!

The location of the house was great. The size of the house was perfect for our group. Garage was nice and the deck had a great view. The master bedroom was very spacious. The game room was very big and the dart board, pool table, and shuffle board were great. The reason I gave it 3 stars was the lack of cleanliness and the quality of the furniture. Everything the lights had spiderwebs all over and lots of dirt on the bulbs. That was right over the dinner table. The beds were very uncomfortable and some were semi broken. The loft bed was basically sleeping on springs. The bathrooms were not fully cleaned. We checked in at 4:30 because they were “cleaning” We hoped it would be clean since we checked in so late but it was disappointing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing I can say about this rental was the view only. When we walked in the house smelt like sweat and there was a greasy film on the couches. On the third floor balcony, there was a dead bird and the railing was pulling apart and was unsafe to walk on. The toilet in the master bedroom and in the hallway would not flush. The patios were overwhelmed with cobb webs on the chairs. My wife and I tried to stay out in the town as long as possible due to the bad smell. We just slept in the master bedroom we purchased candles and deodorizing sprays which didn't help. The only room that was tolerable was the game room. No air conditioning in the house and the portable fans were broken except one.

This property was perfect for my family. Beautiful home with plenty of seating in living space. Bedrooms were great.Kitchen was wonderful. Outside space also wonderful.

Great trip with our family! View and kitchen were amazing after long days on the lake and biking we made amazing meals and enjoyed priceless family time. The area had so many fun things to do.

We had kayaks delivered right to the dock, fished from the dock, shot pool, played darts, rented a boat and jetskis from Big Bear Marina. Overall great time! We all miss waking up to the amazing views from the house and having family dinners together in the dining room overlooking the Lake!

In addition, the layout is very functional for entertaining, cooking, and eating all in the same location which naturally entices the whole family to spend time in one location. There are plenty of bathrooms and sleeping areas to retreat to when tired and seeking a place to rest your head. The house is situated on the edge of the lake and has stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. My son and I would watch the ducks every morning as part of our wake up routine.The game room was massive and was a favorite place for the whole family to hangout and play games. The hot tub was very relaxing after hitting the ski slopes all day as well. You cannot beat the location of this house, and it has enough room to bring your pets too which was very nice. Overall the stay was amazing and all of the family is talking about returning again. Truly a gem in big bear and I would recommend it to all my friends, family, loans anyone looking for a place to hideout for the weekend with all of the family!

The Gameroom was a hit and was perfect to entertain the kids and adults. Can't wait to come and stay again.
