Lakefront Escape: South-Facing Pool & Game Room

The villa was really nice. Lovely location, we would book this home again.

Everything about this property was perfect. The view was amazing and the pool and hot tub were the best thing for total relaxation. It was close enough to the theme parks and lakes for fishing, but far enough away from the traffic! Great area for biking and close to great restaurants, shopping, etc. The hosts were excellent to work with and booking, staying and checking out processes all very easy. I recommend definitely getting heat for the pool and hot tub during the months suggested. We were there in March and the water was perfect with the heat. We would absolutely book here again!!

Very nice stay!

We stayed at this lovely home in late March 2026. Check in was simple and as soon as we entered the home, everything was so clean and inviting. The space and amenities were perfect. And they even welcomed us with a care package in the kitchen. We recommend getting the heat for the pool (which also heats the hot tub). Late March is still not warm enough yet to not have the heat. We were so glad we got that, and it really warmed the hot tub (which had great jets). The view of the pond while enjoying the pool and hot tub was great. And the neighborhood was relaxing and not busy at all. It felt very private even though homes were around. It was about 30 - 40 minutes to the theme parks and about 10-15 minutes to the grocery store. A perfect place to relax after busy days!

We had a great stay at White Villas in Kissimmee. The place was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well prepared when we arrived. The beds were comfortable, the layout worked great for our group, and it felt like a relaxing home base for our trip. The private pool and sauna were fantastic additions and definitely made the stay more enjoyable. Having that space to unwind after long days out was a big plus. If I had one small critique, the property is a touch dated in some areas, and we were a bit surprised that there were additional fees for heating the sauna and using the BBQ. At this price point, those amenities feel like they could reasonably be included. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable villa in the Kissimmee area.

The house was on a nice quiet street and as advertised. We loved that there was coffee and some basics (such as bread and milk) when we arrived. We did have an issue with the hot tub blower but the management team was very responsive, great to deal with and got it fixed promptly. Overall, a great vacation spot!

Incredibly warm and very comfortable house with all the amenities. Swimming pool and hot tub is always where we end up. With record temps in the 20's it was so nice to have a heated pool and hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay.

This was ideal for our group. It has the space you need to truly enjoy a vacation, and we liked the location. Communication with the Cailin and Lisa could not have been better. We would definitely do this again.

Great place!

Had an amazing stay! The pool was perfect and so relaxing. The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We loved the game room it was so fun, and the view of the lake was stunning. Lisa was extremely accommodating with great communication.

We loved our stay at this home! The spa was perfect for relaxing, the arcade game kept everyone entertained, and the lake view was absolutely gorgeous. A wonderful spot for a getaway — we'd happily stay again!

Absolutely fell in love with this home the minute we walked in! Very clean and felt at home instantaneously. The pool and hot tub area is amazing and even had a tv to watch outside. We loved that the home was so accessible for our senior dog. Almost never wanted to even go out and do the activities we planned because of how much we enjoyed just being at the home. Lisa & Martha were friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with if we needed anything at all. Will definitely be staying here again!

My wife and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks with our dog, this property was awesome. The outdoor area is spectacular over looking the lake and pool. Every meal was eaten outdoors. The place was spotless and the team at Ellis was there for every need. Already booked for next year
