For my husband's 60th birthday, he just wanted to spend time with his siblings and a few of our closest friends , so this house was perfect for our group of 12. This house is beautiful and spacious with gorgeous veiws!! Love the large dining room table! 10 seats and room for the counter stools to sit there too. Large game room was perfect for gathering around the tv for all the college football games. GO BLUE! Hot tub was clean and inviting. Beds were very comfy. Just a beautiful place!

Tired- Frankenstein house. Lots of rooms to spread out filled with dated furniture. Sat on deck and literally watched flying ants come out of wood in deck and take flight in a swarm into our faces. Stove top igniter didn’t work, shower handle wore out in master bath- the “pond” swamp thing

This home was beautiful and had enough space for multiple families. They have all the kitchen necessities, a regular coffee pot and Kruege. Two washers and two dryers and two kitchens. We also fit two boats at the dock. The homeowner was on top of my messages. Thank you for a beautiful family vacation.

As the property is beautiful they just have not taken care of it. The house was not clean as we found food on floors and hair on floors and bathroom tub. Carpets not swept as items and food still on floor. Porches not kept up nor the outside furniture clean. Hot tub was broken only half of it worked and it has been broken for two years. It is too bad the property and house is not kept up. We contacted the property management company but they did not offer anything to help other then to send a guy out to look at hot tub to tell us it has been broken for two years. Several electrical codes outside taped together that should have not even been outside. The owners just need to know the property

Very happy with the property. Provided myself and all of my friends with enough space to spread out but also great hanging out space in the 2 living rooms. Enjoyed the kayaks and the canoe and the location on the lake was private and quiet. Would definitely rent again!

The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room for all 13 of us. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes, bathroom amenities, etc. A couple of things that were a little frustrating - the first night we got there, we went to grill dinner and the grill was a mess, there was no propane in the tank and no grill tools. The host was prompt to answer she could come out later but we had a hungry family. We went and exchanged the tank ourselves and she dropped off grill utensils and another tank the next day. The basement living area had a lot of larger spiders in it and my adult children were uncomfortable sleeping down there and I have to admit I wouldnt. I know its in the woods but there were many!! I let the host know and said she would get someone in to spray. The driveway is private and narrow and was difficult to get our boat down and turn around, and the parking for it was just off the shoulder of the narrow road. I would not suggest hauling a boat if you dont have to. I didnt feel it was clear in the description. However, we did make the best of it, we enjoyed the firepit, boating, a trip on Torch lake and Charlevoix.

Gorgeous home! Pictures are very accurate to property. Tons of space to get together and hang out as well as areas to retreat for a little “me time”. The home is secluded. 25 min from downtown Charlevoix and other beautiful lake towns. Great communication with property manager. Very nice and helpful. Would book again!
