Lakefront Eatonton Getaway w/ Dock & Grill!

The property was lovely and we had a great stay at the house. The three rooms were good sized and nicely appointed. When we booked the house we specifically booked it for the hot tub, so we were quite disappointed to learn a couple of days before we arrived that it was out of service. Communication with the property management company was a little slow before the trip but William was very helpful and engaged once we had his cell number as our contact.

Everything was exactly as the pictures show. Clean, comfortable, everything you need for creature comforts of home. The view was incredible, morning coffee on the porch and sunset from the hot tub. This place is not to be missed!

This house exceeded all of our expectations! From the minute we walked in we were so pleased to see how clean and thoughtful the amenities were in the house. The kids swam in the lake all day every day. They fished off the docks and caught some great fish including gar, catfish, and brim. The hot tub was how we liked to end our evenings. Just the perfect house for families. Fantastic views as well. So many wonderful memories made this trip. Thank you and well done!

After reading all of the previous reviews, my expectations were high. This house and property manager delivered big time. The house was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. It is right on the water, with one of the most amazing views I have ever had from a lake house. The screened in porch is amazing. Thanks to Bill for the great communication! Love the 2 story layout. Perfect for kids down stairs and adults upstairs. Very responsive host. Amazing views.

(Tried to write a previous review but it didn't save.)Traveled with my fiancé, and our brother and sister in law. We had a great time! The home is beautiful, with lots of thoughtful touches, like a welcome table with snacks and bottled water. The kitchen is stocked with every needed appliance, and all the cabinets and drawers labeled so you didn't have to search for what you needed.Wonderful and thoughtful amenities, like toiletries and bathrobes, and downstairs fridge so you didn't have to climb stairs to get a drink or snack at night.Beds were amazingly comfortable. Everyone noted how well we slept. The home is spacious, with enough room to either spread out for solitude, or gather for group activities. We enjoyed the gigantic hot tub, grilling, and also spending hours fishing on the dock. The owners were attentive and responsive without being intrusive. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The property was perfect for our family get-together to celebrate a special birthday. It has great bedroom and dining spaces and a nice kitchen set up. We also enjoyed the outdoor spaces, especially the hot tub and the fire pit. The property owner was easy to contact and very responsive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lake.

We had a last min changed to our vacation plans and came across 'Ieró Topó by chance. It was a perfect match for us and our family. The kids caught so many catfish and some Huge ones too! The host was awesome and easy to communicate with. We had a small issue but he addressed it quickly and we were right back to one of the most relaxing vacations to date. We will be coming back again.

I stayed here over the weekend with 5 other friends to celebrate my birthday and it was incredible! The house is well taken care of and beautifully decorated. It is located in a relatively quiet section of the lake with its own private beach area which was lovely. The hot tub is massive and relaxing. We grilled out and rented a pontoon boat which we were able to anchor to the dock which was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable as well. The screened in upper patio is wonderful for relaxing during the morning or evening without having to worry about bugs getting in. We all had a wonderful time and I can't wait to go back!

Wonderful place on the lake. Home has beautiful lake decor. Host was very friendly and texted to check if we made it safely and if we had any needs or wants...but we needed nothing.(everything but personal items supplied) Comfortable beds and furniture. I give a 5 star rating!!!

The property was well cleaned and everything you could think of was provided. It made the stay very easy for us. Our favorite feature was the screened in porch. We stayed out there the most. Also loved the beach area. Highly recommend the property and host.

It’s so nice to arrive at a rental house that feels like home. That was Iero Topo by the Lake! It was clean. It was stylish in a way that was totally comfortable. It had everything we needed - forgot the air pump, there was one; made corn on the grill, there were corn holders. And even more that we didn’t use (air fryer, spices). And the thoughtfulness was welcoming - quality towels, the extra water bottles, the oops I forgot my toiletry basket, the snack basket. Host was superbly responsive. Any question I had, Cherie was prompt with a pleasant and happy to help response. The store was as expected a bit of a drive, so we dined out the first night and picked up groceries on the way back and stayed in. My faves - reading on the screened porch, floating in the lake tethered to the doc, morning coffee and evening cocktails on the porch - love that porch! And the convertible sofas for watching a movie. Thank you for sharing your home. I look forward to returning with the family!
