Lakefront, dog-friendly home with W/D, private pool & hot tub - close to beach

Overall the house fit our large family very well. The size, the amenities, the bedrooms, and the pool were just right for our family. The location is great. The house just needs some modern updates: the carpet was less than clean, the furniture is showing its age, only one of two dishwashers worked, the drawers needed a deep cleaning, A/C vents could’ve used a bit of help. We really did enjoy our stay, but it is just a bit outdated.

This beach house is amazing. Well designed. It has a number of rooms for adults and kids, game areas, we used the pool a lot, we were surprised that it had an elevator, kayaked in the lake, has community access to the bay, played pickleball and tennis at the community courts.

Loved the 4th floor open kitchen, bedrooms with on-suites, everything was well done. Elevator was an added bonus.

Location was great and fit all of us wonderfully (5 adults and 4 kids). Did the job. Was not very clean though and could definitely use improvement there (sticky floors, hair on the beds, trash all in the outdoor kitchen, crumbs/dirt/bugs in the decorative bump outs, etc).

The house was absolutely gorgeous and more than enough room for our family trip, 5 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs! Everyone had their own private space and the kids enjoyed the elevator a little too much lol they forgot to close the accordion door inside and the elevator stopped working but I messaged the management company and they had someone out within the hour. Each time I contacted them for something they were very prompt helpful and professional. We absolutely loved the home. So many memories were made. We found a private beach access down the road You need 4x4 to get to it, so worth the amazing sunset views

Loved the house and location. Minor issues with the house that needs to be repaired. Ice maker still doesn’t work upstairs. Hot tub would have styrofoam floating in it due to how old the cover is. The pool was fabulous and well maintained. The house is beautiful and has a wonderful layout for guest. All bedrooms have a bathroom. Kids loved the theater room and pool table. Had an issue with flying ants in one of the bedrooms at the end of the stay and pest control was supposed to take care of it but this never happened. Nice neighborhood to walk and has several sound accesses. Do bring your bug spray they are relentless !

Our 4th stay at this home. Everything wonderful (only problem was a broken mixer, but we grabbed one at ACE Hardware). Couldn’t have been happier.

House was the perfect place for our group. We enjoyed the many decks, large kitchen and movie theater room (bring your own blue ray movies). Everything including the elevator was in good working order. Double dishwashers, ovens and refrigerators came in handier than we would have thought! Was so nice to walk in and have beds made, towels in each room, paper products, starter cleaning supplies and a good assortment of pans and dishes. We laughed about the number of wine, champagne and margarita glasses stocked! Enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

Lots of room and clean. Nice secluded home. We will definitely be back, maybe stay for 2 weeks next year

Very well stocked kitchen and dining area. Unfortunately there are no blinds in the dining room thus morning and afternoon suns cause issues with games played on the table. The stand alone ice maker didn’t work after defrosting it ? but not to worry the game room has a full refrigerator with ice maker same as in the kitchen. Unfortunately the yard is full of sand spurs and our shepherd had constant issues with them while out doing her business.
