Stayed Aug 24, 2025The property is very run down and not maintained. Pictures are not current. See attached pictures of rusted out firepit, overgrown weeds, furniture that should of been replaced long a go. I did not get a picture of the deck top furniture but it was falling apart and not useable. I also did not take pictures of the blood stained sheets that were on two of the beds. Fortunately, Third Coast property management was able to move us after 1 day, so our whole vacation was not ruined. I could never recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! More than enough room for the 5 of us to spread out. Short walk down the path to the beach. Would have loved for a path from the back patio to the beach path but was totally fine to use the front door. We couldn’t figure out to get the water on the back patio to work to wash off sand but we improvised. Condo had everything we needed! Loved the sunsets from the beach each evening.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024This house could not be in a more perfect location. We are avid renters in this area will certainly be back to this rental. The layout is ideal for family gatherings giving each floor its own use, though don’t go here thinking you won’t get a calf workout! The many staircases and even simple walk to the beach are not for the faint of heart but the views from the rooftop are stunning. The home is very well appointed with everything you will need. Just bring groceries, toothbrushes, and a few changes of clothes! Everything else is provided. The Rental company was also super helpful and kind!
