Stayed Mar 29, 2026The property was well kept. Had everything we needed to cook and dine. The outside area was a perfect get away when you needed a nice view of the lake. Very close to everything we needed, The Village, Gold mine coasters, and the marina. It was a little outdated however. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

Stayed Mar 20, 2026Cozy & spacious, with plenty of beds for a large group! For our group of 10 we had 3 bedrooms, plus the bunk room with 6 beds!!! Driveway can comfortably fit 4 cars. We loved being right on the lake, and the back patio felt private enough to lay out in the sun. The jacuzzi & pool table was such a fun bonus! It’s within walking distance to The Village bars, which came in very handy for our group! Overall, would LOVE to book here again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024First of all, thank you SoCalVacations for making our vacation more pleasant. As a management company, you provided a clean, well-equipped, and organized house. Without the two air conditioning units you brought on the second day, we would probably have returned home immediately. While they were not enough to cool the house to comfortable temperatures, at least we avoided indoor temperatures that were unfit for human habitation. This is our sixth year using the VRBO platform, and we always select the AC filter. How the house became air-conditioning-free three months after booking remains a mystery. The house's insulation does not block heat, trapping us in an overheated environment. We understand that the homeowner may not wish to repair or replace the two air conditioning units in the yard for financial reasons, operating on a trial-and-error basis. It is the responsibility of the homeowner/management company not to rent out a residential property that is unsuitable for use during hot months. Additionally, the nearby construction site was entirely uncovered. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, but instead, we were woken up every morning at six by the drilling and noise of workers standing near our windows. Needless to say, it was impossible to sleep and rest under these conditions. We paid a significant amount for a peaceful vacation by the lake and received something entirely different. We would have expected to be informed about the active c
