Lakefront Butler Home w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit!

House is well stocked with everything you could need. Views are awesome and the fire pit and outdoor fireplace make the outdoor experience warm and cozy.

This was our second year staying here, and it was just as perfect as the first. We love starting mornings in the hot tub and ending evenings by the outdoor gas fireplace. The private dock, tucked into a peaceful cove, is a beautiful spot for lounging and we especially appreciated being able to keep our rented pontoon there overnight. The setting is absolutely stunning—quiet, picturesque, and right on the water. The home is comfortable, pet friendly, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful place for a family vacation on Watauga Lake. Great for a small family trip. Private with gorgeous lake views. Nice home and well stocked kitchen. Spent most of my time on the porch taking in the mountain air and lake views.

Cabin nice and clean, lake was beautiful I recommend renting a boat from fish springs marina.

Absolutely beautiful home. Gas Fireplace inside and out was perfect. Grill was good! Could use some new cooking pans, but the place was absolutely wonderful. No cell service but had good internet so that wasn't a problem at all. We will definitely rent this in the future. Host was extremely responsive to any questions and provided sound answers and solutions. Thank you for a wonderful memory and weekend!

Everything was perfect! We would highly recommend this house to anyone! Would definitely stay here again.

Our second time at this property. It is beautiful, lots of time spend in and on the water. Dogs had a great time soaking up sun on the large deck. There are MANY stairs down to the lake so keep this in mind with pets and family.

Only issue was the gas grill. The burners were rusted resulting in uneven grilling. One burner would be flaming up while the adjacent burner would barely cook the food. Definitely need a new grill with a longer connection to roll it under the overhang. It was raining one night while I was grilling.

This was an organized and well supplied beautiful cabin and location on the lake. Being set in a cove and staying on weekdays it was very quiet and peaceful. If I need to include a fault it is the grill that was in terrible condition and unusable. We had a perfect vacation.

The home was wonderful. Peaceful quiet location on the cove. We brought our boat ex access launch was only 10 minutes away. Home was stocked wonderfully with everything you need and more. We loved all the games to choose from, the fire pit and multiple fireplaces. Pristinely clean upon arrival, host was very attentive. Cell service was a bit of an issue for us, but we made it ok. Internet excellent, such a great family vacation thank you!
