The home is smaller than expected which happens... we did not end up staying the entire time (mostly due to weather) and it just was not comfortable for us. The heat banged when shutting off.. it was initially advertised as having a queen bed, it was a full at most. The outlet covers did not cover the holes cut for the boxes.. It was the little things that just didn't sit well with us. The location of the lock box was incorrect. They asked us to not leave perishable items however there were some when we arrived. Thr porch swing on the dock was broken when we arrived.. I emailed the contact when we left and did not receive a response. Again the cabin is cute it just was not for us. The lake is beautiful
My husband and our best friends stayed here for a long weekend and it was just beautiful! The house has everything you might need including towels, dish soap, dishes, even coffee! The home was clean and it sits beautifully on the lake! I highly recommend staying here! My only issue was there was no house number on the road so we passed it the first time, but no biggie! We had the most amazing time! Thank you!
Thanks for the great stay for the weekend! The description could use a little update: keys were not where described, it was actually easier than that! Dock swing was also not in usable shape, but everything else was right on! The instaplenum on the furnace pops loudly when the air turns on/off, but weather was nice so we didn't really have it on much. Thanks again!
We couldn't ask for anything more. Very well stocked kitchen, enjoyed a fire both nights while sitting by the lake. Thank you !!
Had a great time staying at this camp! Rooms were cozy and reflected the listing. Just a warning: Raccoons visited the trash and knocked them over every night, spilling contents onto the porch that had to be cleaned up.
The property is well taken care of and very clean. Kayaks are available and a row boat. Very spacious inside and out. There is a nice dock for hanging out or swimming from. Check in was easy and having a washer and dryer on site is excellent.
This place had everything we needed! It was a perfect location for a peaceful, relaxing get-away: kayaking, fishing, campfires and lounging in the lake. Loved the rustic and modern decor of the house. A bonus was that one night two loons and their baby swam close to our dock for a picturesque close-up. Kids also loved the loft to hang out and play games in their own unique space. Would highly recommend and we look forward to another stay here!
We had a wonderful stay. House has anything you could possibly need. Would definitely return.
The camp came complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All you really need is your food and clothes. The boathouse even had a few inflatables and two small kayaks to use on the lake. It was kind of tricky getting in and out of the boats because the area for launching was very small. You need to wear water shoes because the lake bottom is muddy, but the water is clean and refreshing. The camp has been completely renovated in a beautiful Adirondack theme. There are mice that come up from the basement so you shouldn't leave food out on the kitchen counters. The camp does have mice traps and we used them every night. There was plenty of wood for our camp fires. We loved this camp and would love to return.
