Use of Mallard Lakes community amenities is available for an additional fee. The fee is charged for the full duration of the stay. The amenity fee allows for a maximum 6 registered guests at the pool at any given time while pool is open and up to 4 registered guests on the tennis/pickleball courts at any time.

Guests are responsible for paying for and picking up their amenity key fob and any parking passes at the pool office closest to the home, located about a 3-minute walk from the unit. When exiting the home, turn right toward the pool office.

If the office is closed at check-in, guests should check in with the pool supervisor at the pool.
