What a fun lake house to spend time with family in on Lake Whatcom. They have many play toys for your stay, swimming, dock, pool table, water toys, hot tub, and plenty of room everyone to have their own room. We will return! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the property and the lake view/access was great. The property was clean, well maintained, and stocked will all of the appropriate lake house gear. The kids enjoyed all of the toys and games.

Peaceful areas to enjoy the lake. The grandchildren loved all the toys. The Paddle boat also provided a great adventure. The outdoor fireplace was fun for smores. The hot tub was enjoyable way to end the day.

Our host Cindy was amazing ! Extremely accommodating and communicative. The house itself exceeded expectations. It was super clean and well stocked. The kids (and dogs) loved it so much we all decided we were going to come back. Thanks for a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location is beautiful—just steps from the lake—and we even spotted deer and eagles in the neighborhood. We hope to be able to come back!

The home had everything you could imagine, the fireplaces were wonderful, the view, reading my book down by the lake was the most relaxed I’ve been in a while. Fantastic week at this beautiful, clean, perfectly located home away from home! Everything is exactly as described/shown in the photos. More than enough space for our group of 5 adults and 2 dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious outdoor patio! Spent our days on the dock enjoying the floating water mat and paddle boards available for our use! Lake was great for swimming! Never know what to expect (if there will be too many weeds for swimming around the dock etc) but this was not an issue at all. Owner is very accessible and helpful! Would not hesitate to recommend and we hope to return!

This property is exactly as the pictures describe. We had two young girls (ages 4 and 2) and there is a lot of activities for them. Playground equipment, outside toys inside toys water toys. For the adults: outside fireplace, hot tub, boat dock and super cool paddle boat. There's always that family member that wants screens - and there are large screen TV's outside and inside. Very well maintained property and owner was easy to work with - Highly recommmend if you want a stay at the lake!

What an amazing place. We rented to have a small family get-together for daughters graduation and every aspect was perfect. What a great set up to entertain!

Every year our family rents a VRBO for a family weekend in lieu of birthday presents. We have a weekend of food, fun and laughter. Or family consists of six adults and two grandsons almost 13 and almost 17. We center our weekends around water sports such as fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and RC boats. The house at Lake Whatcom was perfect! For the first time the house and location were better than the picture description. A beautiful home that was spotless. We very much enjoyed the wood working skills that were evident everywhere. The outdoor patio was equally as beautiful as the house. The ground were immaculate.Then there was the beach area. It was perfect for our family. A great variety of beach toys and a great protected cove for RC boats.We hope to visit here again!!

We have a delightful time. This home is spotless and cozy, there was plenty of space for many adults. The amenities were perfect and the directions on how to use everything was seamless. The owner was thoughtful and repsonsive. We had a blast and would stay again......a true sanctuary near hikes and the lake!

We had so much fun at this vacation home! Our group had mix of pre-teens, adults and senior citizens and everyone had something to click for them here. Our pup loved hanging out on the patio and our pre-teen daughter just loved the loft bedroom. Location of the house is wonderful, its easy access to lake and landscape is so photogenic. House was clean and had all the essentials stocked. Will definitely look forward to visiting again in summer!

Our kids loved playing in the yard and there was an abundance of toys that they enjoyed. The hot tub was wonderful with views of the lake. It was a very relaxing and fun trip for the whole family.

I originally booked this place because my grandson is really into fishing and this place is right on Lake Whatcom with a private dock, so it seemed ideal. There were also paddle boards and a paddle boat and I was looking forward to using both. If only the weather had cooperated. We had one sunny day (our first) and then a lot of wind and rain. My kids and grandkids did get out on the lake that first day. My grandson fished every day but did not get one fish. However, all that was OK because just sitting out on the deck off the living room was something I could do all day and night. We all took turns in the hot tub and had many poker and pool tournaments. The house is so beautiful inside and out and is on a huge piece of property. We would love to come back in the summer.

Had a magical Xmas with family from Seattle and Vancouver perfect half way point to meet up! The house is so well equipped it has literally everything we needed for cooking Xmas dinner. The hot tub and outdoor fire were so lovely and the view of the lake is stunning. My husband and 12yo son did a polar bear swim on Xmas day! Lots of fun activities for kids and adults the pool table was great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Cindy is a lovely host and we would definitely stay again.

Our family rented this lake home for Thanksgiving day and the long weekend. Such a relaxing and fun time. This was our second time renting this home. It's beautiful and spacious with plenty of room to spread out and has everything you will need. The view of the lake is incredible. Cindy, the host is easy to talk with; very responsive and welcoming.

We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay - we loved both the house and the surrounding area. We came up from Florida to decompress and this was the perfect setting. The house has lovely views of the lake, and it was very soothing to relax in the living room, with the fire going, while looking out across the lake - especially when it was raining. For those who like to get out, there are lots of great hikes all within a short distance. Cindy was a very responsive host and a pleasure to chat with. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice house in an ideal location on lake Whatcom. We were there in late October for a wedding in the area, and it was a little too cold for lake activities, but we would like to go back in the summer. I would book this same house again.

Gorgeous home and grounds with stunning views overlooking the lake in a location convenient to many hiking trails and the town of Bellingham with its quaint shops and restaurants. Water access with kayaks and paddle boat right on the property. The host was responsive and welcoming.

The property and house were wonderful for a group getaway. Lots of room for relaxation and recreation. Location on the lake was great especially with access to the dock. We had a dog with us and she loved her time there. Cindy was very helpful despite some check-in confusion (that was related to the VRBO app, not her). Overall, great stay and would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful 5 day stay at Cindy's lakehouse. Home accommodated our family of 5 plus my sister visiting with no problems. Having access to the lake right across the street was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Overall an excellent home for a weekend away with our young adult kids. Fully equipped, clean kitchen and lots of spaces to hang out both on the patio and inside. Highlight was the outdoor wood fireplace, and the hot tub, watching the sunset on the lake. Another highlight was the nearby Whatcom Lake Park with walking and biking trails. This was a great home to enjoy time away as a family!
