The views, cleanliness, functionality, location, and rental cost make this property one of he best vacation values in the state of Arkansas, for sure!! The freshness of the air, the sunsets, and sounds of nature are exceptional from the balcony which overlooks lake Catherine and appears to be on the same level as the surrounding ouchita mountains. You will experience a rare personal type of support renting this unit, they are genuinely kind and considerate.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024It was a quiet nice place to stay. Close to places I wanted to visit. The only thing that might need to be fixed was the sliding glass door in one of the bathrooms. It kept getting caught, when opening and closing.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023This was a quiet yet not too remote perch overlooking Lake Catherine with stunning views, wildlife, and nearby trails in the state park up the street. We were there a week and easily could have stayed another. The management company, the neighbor who helped with everything, and the locals were TOPS! It was a beautiful vacation for resting and just hanging out! Loved it!
