We loved everything but could have used kitchen towels. That was really the only missing thing. We would definitely stay again.

The owner was very responsive when we needed gas for the grill and other concerns. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. It would have been nice to have more plates and silverware for the 10 of us. I think there were only 8 plates and the house is marketed for 12 people. We had to use paper plates and plasticware. The upstairs loft bathroom could use a towel bar. We had 4 sharing that bathroom and there was only one towel hook. Minor things, but overall a lovely home!

Great house for multiple families and kids. Plenty of room in the kitchen and common areas for the group to gather but also enough privacy to have the kids downstairs playing pool and hanging out while the adults enjoyed the upstairs...but everyone fought over the massage chair! Wish the lake was down but the location was perfect. Thanks for sharing

We do an annual trip each year for all of the kid cousins to be together. The basement was perfect to be able to give them their own space to just hang out together. The living room upstairs was the perfect place for the whole bunch to watch movies. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the refrigerator was large enough to hold all the food we needed for our stay. This was definitely one of the most well built VRBO's we have ever rented (we rent at least 3 times a year). The kids could play music and pool in the basement and didn't bother us upstairs with the door closed. I appreciated the soundproofing in that it didn't sound like elephants when someone walked around on the floor above you and that when showering it wasn't loud either.

We loved it! It was the perfect place for everyone to have their own personal space but still gather in the living area as we celebrated Christmas as a family. Nice bathrooms (4). Nice bedrooms. Beautiful, well-stocked kitchen. Very warm and comfortable. My grandchildren loved it. The driveway is very steep but we didn't have any parking problems. My only suggestion would be to add a handrail going to the basement. We thank the Jones family for sharing their beautiful home with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. My family and my husbands family met here for a weekend. Lots of space to gather but have your own space too if needed. First floor consisted of kitchen, half bath, bedroom with bathroom, living room. Large deck and screened in porch off kitchen. Second floor has 2 bedrooms with separate, large bathroom. Basement has bedroom with king bed, bedroom with 6 twin beds (3 bunk beds), separate large bathroom. Basement has pool table (bring your own sticks, the ones at property don’t have tips), laundry room, and walk out patio with 2 separate seating areas and fire pit. Location is on a steep hill. We did not pull our boat down the driveway. We docked boat then parked truck/trailer in driveway. About 5 mins from boat ramp/dam. Flat area on basement patio that the kids rode bikes/ scooters. Neighborhood over the hill that they did the same. Close access to the lake, private trail that may have been a little damaged from recent weather but walkable. My 65 y/o dad had no issue walking up and down the trail. Great stay. I would recommend brining your own blankets, no extras in the house besides the bedding (unless I overlooked them). We’ll be back!

Started with walking in to find home was not cleaned in a long time covered in dust! Walked in to find counters, refrigerator and top of range covered in food and coffee water from broken machine. Opened oven to find it full of old burnt food and filthy. Found trash can area full of filth and old dirt/food. Walked the rest of the property immediately to find dirty carpets throughout. Bedding smelled musky from dust as well as towels. Pool table covered in dirt and all equipment in bad shape. No dishwasher soap so hand washing dishes only way to clean used equipment. Found fry pan covered in food in cabinet with cleaner pans. Before the first two hours we had two separate door handles fall off where I had to locate a set of allen wrenches so that I could reset screws to hold the handles on. As the days went by we noticed WiFi access to the home turned off at night and with no instructions on which of the multiple controllers controlled which units, we found that only one would turn just the TV on? After a bit we found one system would turn on by hand so we could put a movie in to watch! I walked the perimeter the next day and the inside to determine the other issues at this site included the following. Internal staircase to the lower floor has no handrails and is not safe to walk down without touching walls! The light strings on the patio have exposed filaments on two of the bulbs as well as very bad dirt, cobwebs and tree filth long since cleaned
