Stayed Jul 26, 2025The home was beautiful and really close to the marina. The home was a little dirty compared to other places we have stayed with VRBO. Supplies were very limited in the kitchen as far as paper towel, dish rag, garbage bags, spices etc. Overall it was a great location and nice property.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025We had a great time. Plenty for the teenagers to do as well as our smaller kids. Great view. Don’t really see the lake from the house but if you like trees, there are plenty of those.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was clean and had everything you need. BUT DON’T LET THE PICTURES OF VIEW FOOL YOU. Tress block the lake on all decks. Yard is completely overgrown with brush. Fire pit buried. Please update for photos so people aren’t deceived upon arrival…

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Timberland at Bear Lake has a special kind of magic. It is a wonderful place to spend time as family and let life slow down for a while. It is beautiful and cozy, with a very well-equiped kitchen. There are lots of fun things to do, from the theater room, pool table, and ping pong table and teeter totter outside. It is well-decorated,with tasteful furniture and artwork throughout the home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved the homey feel, the well equipped kitchen (had Thanksgiving there), the gorgeous view and the spacious feel (22 of us, and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other!). Love the family pictures on the wall - felt like they had invited us into their home!!
