Most gracious and welcoming host, spectacular property.

What a spectacular experience all around. We had 9 couples to celebrate an important birthday. The House Manager could not have been more helpful nor more prompt in responding. Everything was in perfect condition. The house sits on beautiful grounds right on Lake Travis with a gorgeous view. You never need to leave the property with all of the things to do - swim, boat, pickleball, walks, terraces, pool table, gym, hot tub - it's got everything.

HUGE home, this place was absolutely amazing and magical. We had ample space for our group of 15 people. The kiddos loved it, my adult friends loved it. The home was clean, the host communicative, the property beautiful. In the 3 days we were there we didn't even come close to exploring the whole home - it was just that big!

We had a phenomenal stay at Escondido Chateau. Kassy went above & beyond for all our questions & requests. Will definitely be rebooking in the future!

We booked this home for a very special family summer gathering. This home could not have been more perfect! The home is spectacular, well equipped with everything needed for a large family, and spacious. The boat access was convenient and they had tons of pool and lake supplies for use. Kassy was amazing to work with and very accommodating. Anything we needed she was there for us. If we ever have another large gathering this is the first home I would book!

This was our 2nd time staying at this gorgeous place and once again, it was a spectacular time. The house, the grounds and the location are all 5-Star. But the Property Manager, Kassy, is 6-Star! Whenever I had anything to say or ask, I'd hear back from her immediately. She did whatever it took to accommodate whatever we needed. I've never had someone so diligent and efficient in all the dozens and dozens of places we've rented over the years. My favorite thing is to watch the faces of our guests when they walk into the house for the first time. Their jaws drop to the floor and their smiles never leave their faces. The Pool is beautiful with plenty of pool toys and large umbrellas for shade. The Master Bedroom is humongous as well as the Master Bathroom. The Kitchen is just as big with a massive island and the gathering spot for all to hang out. I can't recommend this place enough. It's expensive but it will be the trip of a lifetime for you and yours.

We had an amazing stay this past week! Kassy was an amazing host. Answered any questions we had, met us there at check in and stayed in touch in case we needed anything during our stay. She also coordinated and picked up grocery order and stocked the place with our food before our arrival - this was a HUGE blessing! If you need a quiet and beautiful place for a pastors retreat - look no further, just book this!

This VRBO was absolutely fantastic. Kassy, the property manager, was in communication the whole time and even greeted us at check in to show us around and show us certain technical things. She was easy to reach and very helpful. This property was everything and more that my friends and family could have asked for. We all loved it!

The Chateau Escondido was fabulous, complete with old world charm and modern convenience. There accommodations were exquisite with a place for everyone. Our party of 22 ranged in age from 3to 78. We swam, boated, cooked and ate in luxury. Kassy and her staff met all of our needs in a timely and professional manner and Diego, the on site do it all Gardner, handyman responded to every inquiry in a pleasant and timely manner. I would recommend the Chateau to any family or corporate group needing a multi day getaway. Mark B

Absolutely amazing property. This is the only rental that I’ve ever said I would 100% go back to over and over!! My family of all ages LOVED this place, and the property manager was INCREDIBLE!!

Always a great stay

I stayed here with a large group of friends and it was all around an incredible weekend. Kassy is an amazing host and will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. She is responsive and very easy to work with. The place was spotless and an incredible retreat for a weekend with friends (or family). We didn't even need to leave the property once all weekend. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second year to go to Escondido in Paradise Cove for our annual family gathering and it was just as glorious! Kassy, the property manager, was very helpful and went out of her way to make our trip successful. The home was lovely and pristine. Diego, the grounds manager, kept the property beautiful.
