This exquisiteproperty boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, indoor recreation room, private outdoor BBQ area1 and plunge pool. With plenty of space and entertainment for all, it makes for the perfect Taupo holiday spot.



Soak in the geothermal plunge-pool after spending the day on the lake, or retreat to the downstairs games room for table tennis, darts or to watch a movie.



The bunk room has been designed to keep the kids busy with books and toys.



Three of the bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, with a main bathroom on each level.

Kinloch Room: 2 x sets of bunks + ensuite. (bunks allow for 4 x single beds that are recommended for children only)

Whakaipo Room: 1x Super-King bed + ensuite



Acacia Room: 1x King bed







House Rules and Information:



Parking: off street parking space available for 3 vehicles



Strictly no more than 10 guests per stay. This includes children.



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
