Beautiful lake view!

We loved the view of lake Superior.

Love this place! Only ranked cleanliness less than perfect because we rushed them out so we could get in early. I’m sure with the additional 2 hours it would have been 5*. It had everything you needed and more. Kitchen fully outfitted. Beds super comfortable. Lots of storage space. Owners very accessible to questions, quick response time. Totally enjoyed our weekend and would come back again!

Great time in the great up north! Excellent communication with owners. House is labeled to perfection to ease finding things and knowing where and what things are and do! Nice touches for amenities are fully stocked Kleenex, TP, paper plates, travel size toiletries, board games, books etc. Awesome location with a breathtaking view of the lake! Thank you!!!!

Did not use fireplace or pool area but nice to have if really wanted to use them rooms where good sized and beds where very comfortable,nice variety of games and books if weather is not cooperating and need to stay indoors I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a very nice place to stay if you are in the area.

Our group had a relaxing and wonderful time.Everything we needed was right there. Great location and views. I would recommend this rental when visiting the Two Harbors area.

Wayne and Pat were wonderful to work with, and the home had a beautiful view of the lake! The house itself was really comfortable and had everything you'd need for a lovely stay, including enough beds for a large family to stay. We will definitely be coming back next year!

This was our third stay at this lake home! It is a great location for a north shore getaway. Wayne and Pat are excellent hosts and the home has everything you need. We enjoy the sauna and the Lake Superior views are amazing!

The lake home was perfect for our two family stay. The hosts have anticipated the needs of guests to offer an excellent accommodation. The loft area was perfect for the kids and we were able to read some new books together. We loved having a wood fire in the fireplace and watching the sunrise.

Our hosts were fabulous ! It was below 30 degrees this weekend and they were so concerned for us and the heating system. Thanks to their efforts and the fireplace we were quite cozy. This is our second time to stay here and we have booked for next year. The condo is beautifully decorated with a great view of the lake. See you next year!

This was an amazing property! It had so many amenities and a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The views of Lake Superior were so beautiful! We loved the chickadees that came to eat from the feeders on the deck. They were adorable! Wayne and Pat were very welcoming and responded immediately to questions we had.

This was our 5th trip here. We look forward to this trip every year. The place is warm, welcoming, and has everything you need. The fireplaces are awesome on a wintry day. The view is fantastic. We came up the day after a winter storm went through and the winds were blowing. Lake Superior is a beautiful lake to watch on both calm days and when the winds are howling, especially by a warm fire. We love winter on the Northshore. We will be back again.

This place was amazingly beautiful. The views are breath taking. The fireplace and brids were our TV for the weekend. We played cribbage, and other board games. Enjoyed the sauna and the trails down to the water. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean and organized! We enjoyed our peaceful retreat. Ours hosts let us know that we could get in a bit early. It was a home away from home. Lots of cozy chairs, couches and blankets to lounge around in. Beds we super comfy with plenty of pillows! The guest journals we fun to read and everyone had beautiful things to say about their stay. We will definitely come back.

Hi! Sorry for the late response. When I got back, I had to hit the floor running for many reasons…You had a lovely home and we all had a wonderful time there. We loved how well stocked the kitchen was. It would be helpful if you had a sign near the garbage disposal on how to operate it. Google taught us. Later we found the directions in the binder.The main floor bathroom sink is clogged and the water would not drain down. The fireplace should be clean upon arrival. We wanted to use it, but didn’t feel up to removing all the ash and going out to buy wood. It would be nice if we could purchase it there, or at least enough wood for a couple fires was provided with the cost of the rental.We enjoyed the big kitchen island. We are big game players and played group games every day we were there. It would have been helpful if there were high bar chairs for all 9 of us. Some had to look up to participate!Once again, everything looked beautiful.Six of us did take advantage of the sauna. Two were at the end of being sick with upper respiratory infections when we were there and appreciated the sauna, and another had lymes disease and was very achy. He also appreciated the sauna.We were able to view the lighthouse from the overlook, and got some great photos. We spent Sunday on the lighthouse grounds to avoid the crowds on Monday.Thanks again. It was a beautiful home. The location was perfect for what we had planned this trip. We enjoyed the space.Hope this helps!

This place had everything we needed! You could hear the waves from inside almost everyday we were here. Definitely will go back again!

This home on Lake Superior was a great fit for our grown family - 8 of us, including 3 little grandkids. The 4 bedrooms were all spacious and cozy. Property was clean and communication with owner was excellent, both before and during our stay. Many nice small touches - like having a few spices, tea selection, children's games, books & dinnerware - that really made it convenient and comfortable. Well equiped for cooking for a big group - we ate every meal there. A couple of us used the sauna and it works well. Views from the house are stunning and it is very convenient for visiting the north shore parks. A beautiful fire in the fireplace each night was a great place to gather and relax. Highly recommend - just don't pick the week I want to return!!

My wife and two other couples stayed in this spectacular home for three nights. A minor glitch with a hvac sensor was the only problem we encountered, and Wayne corrected the issue immediately. The home itself was spacious, clean and well stocked. The location was great because it was close to shopping, dining and biking. The view from the multiple decks was as stunning as advertised. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas all given high praise by all.

My high school friends and I have been traveling for 19yrs all over the U.S. This year we chose to visit the north shore. The weather didn’t fully cooperate but we made the best of it. The home was cozy and spacious for 5 ladies. The beds were comfy. The views were incredible! It was a perfect spot to go between Duluth and further up the north shore toGooseberry falls and other hiking trails. Owners were super nice and accommodating! We would definitely come back!

We love the space and the 3 different levels of where to sleep. It helps us all spread out. Also, the kitchen is very well stocked!

The accommodations were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Furthermore, the location provided convenient access to local attractions. We absolutely loved our time at this property! Pat and Wayne were great to work with, super responsive, and extremely helpful. The kids had a blast playing on the rocks on the shoreline and swimming in the lake. The house accommodated our two families with younger kids really well- the kids had fun playing games and reading books. The only snag was a later check-in because housekeeping was still working on getting the house squared away when we arrived. We would highly recommend this property and wonderful hosts.

This property is very nicely furnished with a fully loaded kitchen. Many appliances, cook ware, dishes and much silverware. The property worked well for our 6 adults and 3 children under age 5. Room for a pack and play for the littlest. Close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Outdoor pool which was loved by our group. Loft can be a little warm but box fans which are included helped to keep the room temperature under control.

Fantastic place to stay in Two Harbors! Wonderful location, right on the water, gorgeous views. 2 decks, the bottom one is covered so you can enjoy the outside even if it is raining. The home was clean and well supplied. I hope to come back again!

Perfect lakehome to stay at for 4 girlfriends celebrating a birthday milestone! Great location to go to Duluth or up the north shore. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Would definitely rent again!

We planned a family vacation with our adult children and first grandchild hoping to be outside hiking. The weather didn't cooperate with our plans; but fortunately we had a great place to hang out together. The beautiful view was overcast but still absolutely stunning! We hope to return next year!

Another year spent at this beautiful house! This was our 4th year staying at the house and the first year that it was raining the majority of our stay. We used the nearby hotel’s pool which was great. There was plenty to do inside with games and movies and we found agates down at the lake during the breaks between the rain breaks. Thank you again for being wonderful hosts and providing a wonderful vacation spot!

A Vacation Rental. Super well appointed, clean and comfortable for our group. Great views of the lake and easy access down to the shoreline. This condo has everything you need to enjoy the North Shore! Nicely decorated and plenty of “extras” to make you feel right at home.

This was our third time staying at this property and we fall in love with it more and more each time. This was our first time to visit the area in June so the air was a bit cooler, but it didn’t stop us from hiking and exploring. The view of the lake from the patio is so amazing, and we even found some agates on the beach that is just a short walk through the wooded area. The owners of this property are so caring and desire their guests to love this home as much as they do. We didn’t eat out at all since the kitchen is so well-stocked with all the cookware and bakeware we needed. The sauna is amazing, and the beds are very comfortable. We will be back!

Fantastic place for family reunion and brothers birthday celebration. Lake views out windows are great! Took photos of a monarch butterfly warming itself on a fir branch off upper deck. Space was awesome.

We had a group of 7 stay and we were all incredibly impressed with the property. Between the great view, the amount of space provided, how clean and organized everything was, the only complaint we had was that we had to leave once the vacation was over.

We were a party of 7 and we were very comfortable. Our Swedish guests were really impressed by the cabin and the lake view. In 3 days and 2 nights we did a lot of hiking.

Overall the place was great! Lots of room and the view was great from the deck. Although we did find some dog hair on the island. But everything else was pretty clean. We also enjoyed using the sauna!

As soon as we walked into this place we were amazed! The view of Lake Superior was both beautiful and relaxing. There was a short path to take down to the shore line where we spent some time collecting sea glass and stones.This place was well stocked with every amenity you could think of. It was also wonderful to have 2 fireplaces within this unit. We used both. The sauna was an added bonus! There were 3 of us who stayed here but you could fit plenty more. Each of the 3 levels had its own bathroom and bedroom. I would love to stay here again and would also consider bringing our whole family because there is plenty of room and plenty to doThank you so much, Wayne and Pat! Your communication and hospitality were fantastic!!!

What a wonderful and spacious home for a getaway! We loved our stay! The views are amazing. The hosts are very kind and have taken great care in stocking their home with everything you could need. This was our first stay and we are returning in the Fall with our husbands.

Cozy, enjoyed the fireplace, couldn't find any fire starter . The tap water was very good, fresh and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked and tidy. All the rooms were nicely decorated and cabiny, nice selection of reading material and the lap blankets encouraged curling up with a good book.

We booked this property for an extended snowmobile trip with two other couples. The Lakehome exceeded our expectations for a cozy place to gather! We enjoyed the comfy king-sized beds and homey feel of the Lakehome! The owner/manager went above and beyond with clear communication. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful view of Lake Superior! We will definitely be back

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. Wonderfully decorated for Christmas with beautiful views of Lake Superior. We cooked in house and found the kitchen well supplied with appliances, utensils, variety of pots and pans even lots of spices!! The hosts definitely go out of their way to make your trip care free. We used the sauna this trip. Wish we had had more time to spend there.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was great to have separate living/sleeping levels! When you walk in the front door your eyes go straight to the huge front window that overlooks the mighty Lake Superior. Our family gathered around the huge center island to make our meals and to socialize. The kitchen has everything you need and more! We will be coming back again and we highly recommend staying here!

Four friends met for 6 days at this lovely townhouse on Lake Superior. It was easy to spread out and enjoy several common areas during our stay although the top choice was the deck for the birders. Would be happy to return!

Pat and Wayne, the owners of the townhouse, are expert hosts and have thought of everything to make one’s stay feel like home. Whenever we had questions they responded immediately. These are owners who really care about their property and their guests' comfort. The property is accurately described and photographed. Our family of three couples and two small children were very comfortable and we each had our own bedrooms. The main bedroom area, located on the lower level, has a comfortable king bed, wonderful bathroom, a sauna, and a sitting area with its own TV and two high top tables. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, coffee, tea, and other basics like cooking oils and spices. The drawers and cupboards are all labeled as are the light switches. There is a large array of games and books suitable for adults and children. The home is very clean and well maintained. The views of Lake Superior are magnificent and the complex has a wonderful restaurant, an indoor and outdoor pool, and a rocky beach where you can sit or swim in Lake Superior. The townhome is only a few miles from Two Harbors where there are plenty of restaurants and a very nice grocery store. The only downside we experienced was that the internet was unstable and needed to be re-booted multiple times. All of us would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

stayed for half a week celebrating my mom and wished we could have stayed longer! convenient to get to hiking spots and town, but quiet and remote to enjoy superior in all her glory. clean and well taken care of, communication was clear and helpful-absolutely a wo derful space.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhome. The pictures are exactly as it was described. It was perfect to have so many bed options and the loft even had an automatic shade to help keep the space cooler and darker in the morning. There were extra special touches, like toiletries in each bathroom, in addition to some kitchen staples, like sugar, flower, salt, pepper, and oil. We loved the easy access to the rocks and beach below and we loved the view from the windows!

This is our 3rd stay in this house and it’s like a home away from home for us. The house has everything needed and is in such a great location. The weather was so nice that the kids spent more time in Lake Superior than they did the pool! We can’t wait for our next family vacation in this place.
