About this rental
Beautiful four-season, clean, nicely furnished home on Lake Sunapee, NH is available for rent on a weekly basis in the summer and min of 3 nights in Fall/Winter/Spring. Enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating from 75 feet of lakefront with a private dock on a secluded cove. We have kayaks and a canoe provided for our guests. Located just 5 miles from great skiing and hiking on Mount Sunapee, it also has easy access to I-89.
This home features a cathedral ceiling in the great room with two stories of glass overlooking the lake, plus a lower-level family room with a slider out to the lake. With four bedrooms and three baths on three floors, this home is comfortable for a couple or extended family. Two leather couches, an IKEA queen convertible coach, and plenty of space allow for room to spread out. So gather your friends and family, and book now for a fun-filled vacation that you will never forget.

Proximity to Mount Sunapee for skiing and hiking and just steps to the water for swimming, fishing, boating, etc., makes this home a great vacation spot all year round.

Our family (4 adults and 3 kids under 7) just returned from 10 days at this home. We loved the location. Right on the lake in a quiet, no-wake zone. The house was as described and worked well for our family. My parents who traveled with us had their own suite on the bottom floor and we stayed upstairs with the kids so we each had our own space. The main floor was open, spacious and had beautiful views. Th property is close to a few small shops, restaurants and ice cream. There were canoes, kayaks and paddle boards for our use as well as fishing equipment. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and our kids are already asking when we can go back.

We rented this as an alternative to an in-person graduation and included friends and family. The location is amazing with kayaks available (and used) and an outdoor fire. Three full baths made it easy on everyone and we had room to spare. Would rent this again in a minute.
