Stayed May 21, 2026The property was perfect for a great family get together. The house was well equipped with all that is necessary for a fun time with a game room, water activities, and plenty of space (open space, indoor and outdoor) for socializing. Plenty of fresh towels and a fully equipped kitchen made the stay pleasurable. Coffee and tea bar were a plus! Most importantly is the host being very responsive. I will definitely book this house again!

Stayed Feb 19, 2026The house is great! Lots of space, comfortable, clean, and beautiful! We loved spending time on the dock, in the pool and lanai area, the game room, the kayaks… everything we needed was there. Ivan and Jana have thought of everything you might need and it’s all there waiting for you. They even left a personal note and some local treats as a welcome. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

This house has everything you could want - quiet location, beautiful sunsets, all the amenities you can possible need, very clean, near stores and restaurants, several table games, heated swimming pool, sauna, pool table/ping pong/air hockey/foosball/kayaks/paddle boards - all in good condition. Nice dock with chairs and shade in clear water. Well maintained beach area with chairs and fire pit. Beds are amazing. Kitchen is well stocked. Host is super nice and responses quickly. This is an excellent house for anywhere and is the absolute best in this area. Highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 9, 2025Best home in lake placid!!! The house is huge and has everything you could possibly need. The lake is awesome and super clear, everything was above and beyond. The sunsets were amazing to watch from the pool!
