Fresh linens and towels. Fully equipped kitchen for group meals. Starter essentials including paper towel, dish soap, garbage bags, and basic household supplies.

A 2022 Can-Am Outlander 1000 XMR factory 2-up ATV rental may be available for guest use. Fee applies and availability is weather-dependent. Inquire before booking.

IMPORTANT:
No parties or events. Quiet hours are enforced. Guests must respect the heated shop rules — no mechanical repairs, no fuel storage, and no idling engines indoors.
