A very small but bright 3 bedroom Cottage across Thorah Centennial Park in Beaverton with magnificent views of Lake Simcoe from the large deck, only 1 hour 10 minutes from Toronto and 30 Minutes from Orillia (Casino Rama). PLEASE NOTE: lake is across the road. Railroad track very close to the cottage.

Stayed Sep 1, 2020This property was fantastic and we loved all the little extras that were provided to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. The outdoor space is awesome and we loved the large deck. We didn’t like that lake access across from us isn’t really swimable. We found we had to drive to little beaches near by to swim

Stayed Jul 10, 2020Great small cottage for a relaxing weekend by the lake. we enjoyed the bonfire and breakfast on the back deck, kayaking and swimming in the lake. Rooms are small and the train passes every hour or so right by the cottage. Shana was a great host and responsive and gifted us a bottle of welcome wine.
