Lake Side Chalet style House at Harvey's Lake

This is a lovely, recently built, A-Frame chalet with a beautiful view of the lake. The property is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We had an excellent stay.

Property was very clean with everything you need. My pups loved laying out on deck. Perfect view of lake! Living room small for a group, but you should be enjoying the outdoors anyways!

We had a wonderful stay at the house at Harvey’s Lake. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and smelled incredible . The house was well-stocked—there were plenty of shower supplies, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee, which was a great touch.The entire home was spotless and very well cared for, which made it easy to relax and settle in. We also really appreciated how dog-friendly it was. The gates made it safe and convenient, and it’s clear the hosts put thought into accommodating pets.The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. We spent time outside enjoying the scenery and made great use of the fire pit—another bonus was that firewood was already provided, which made things so easy.Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to stay, and we would definitely come back again when we visit our daughter at Misercordia.

We enjoyed our short stay while visiting family. The house is well stocked and nicely decorated. Being able to have our puppy with us too was a big plus. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay! The outdoor space was perfect and the view of the lake was gorgeous. House was clean and had everything you might need! Host was fantastic, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property for couples with pets who are looking for a quiet getaway.

This was a vacation we were hoping for-by the lake! Catherine was very sweet and had some suggestions for places to visit too, like a huge farmers market and gift shop. Ricketts Glen is close and a beautiful place to hike. Thank you for everything!

We had a great time visiting with our adult children and grand babies. The location was perfect and the beach area was enjoyed by the adult children. Communication with the hostess was very easy as well. Lake Harvey was beautiful.

This beautiful home provided my family with the perfect place to stay for our son’s college graduation. Fully equipped kitchen, huge deck with amazing views, cute loft master bedroom overlooking the downstairs area. Cathy was responsive, helpful, and an overall wonderful host. Everything we could have needed was provided, from paper towels to dishes to toiletries—so thoughtful!

We came up for girls weekend and to hike Ricketts Glenn and we had an amazing time. The house is in a great location and the view of the lake is amazing from he sunny and roomy deck. The house is very nice and well kept with an open floor plan which worked great for our group. The house was clean and check in and check out was easy. We had a minor mid communication about extra sheets and pillows and where to find them. The host is responsive and helpful. I would stay again!!

We rented this home as we were attending a family wedding at a local Inn and wanted a place to stay with our family. It was the perfect location. We were able to enjoy the beautiful weather on the deck overlooking the lake, take long walks around the lake and relax with our family members. Catherine made the whole process very easy and we all enjoyed our stay. We will likely come back again!!
