Place was great second time staying there with family.

The place was great! Close to town, very clean, very comfortable, had all cooking utensils you would need, fireplace was great, plenty of wood, Had a nice fire both nights. Was perfect for our family! Really enjoyed our stay!!

This property was spotless and had most of the amenities you would want. It is a great location to Lisa G’s and downtown. The only issue we had when we were there was below 0 temperatures. The doors and windows were very drafty. We would recommend this space on a warmer day:)

Wonderful location near downtown and Whiteface

Kitchen, dinning room & living room are a little bit small, bed rooms are big & comfortable.

More than everything you need is at the house for you. Clothes and groceries are all you need. House was very clean. Check in and check out process is super easy. Loved the electronic entry so no key to try to keep track of.

The layout of this townhouse was great for our group of 7 (3 couples 1). While there are a few upkeep issues (disposal odor, loose carpeting on 2nd floor, broken living room window, etc.) these didn't affect our stay.However, our notice of 2 interior cameras (living room and downstairs bedroom suite) did make us uncomfortable. Although, cameras were noted on our contract and would be turned off upon our arrival, they remained plugged in; we blocked each with a pic frame and a book. This was unsettling. In addition, we had no guarantee they were turned off, and not our responsibility to disconnect, as suggested by owner. I did bring this to the owner's attention. He stated he was unaware of the no interior cameras rule. Would I recommend this rental? Yes. It's layout and proximity to Lake Placid and all the tourist possibilities is 100% great! I would encourage renters to beware of interior cameras, wherever they stay.

Spacious property and well equipped. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great having 3 full baths. Location is close to downtown Lake Placid. Only 15 minute walk to Olympic Center. Host very responsive. Check-in was easy. 100% positive experience. Hope to come back next year.

Loved staying here, it was our second time in this house. Very clean, very close to many places. Great communication with the owners.

The property was as described, effectively 3 floors, very well maintained and homely. We were 2 families with kids and granny. We had a relaxing time during the heavy snowfall days being indoors, playing many of the boardgames that were on offer. The location was convenient to get around from. The beds were extremely comfortable (A BIG PLUS), and enough towels, linens and blankets. Kitchen had all the necessary things, and well stocked. Easy and good communication with Tom. Overall, a very nice relaxing experience. Highly recommended.

Overall, the property was great. Nothing to complain.

Perfect place to stay

Spacious condo with nicely equipped kitchen. Close to everything. Suited our family very well. Basement suite is open concept bathroom so be ready for that. Smart key for front door hard to figure out at first despite detailed instructions, but after we did it was fine. Enjoyed our stay very much, we recommend the condo.

Plenty of space

Great property with all the amenities you need, and It’s a short walk into town. Tom was very communicative and saw to all our needs. Would definitely recommend.
