Lake Norman Waterfront home:private dock, fire pit,foosball, large screen porch.

The outdoor space is exceptional. The dock and kayaks were easily accessible and the yard is great. The beds are ok. The house has more of a cottage feel. The kitchen could be better stocked but there was enough with some improvisation...the fire pit was a treat at the end of the day.

Quiet location, very spacious and clean. Nice gameroom. Bathroom downstairs would be nice.

Great family getaway! My teens enjoyed the game room and kayaking! My husband and I enjoyed the view from the screened in porch. We loved watching the ducks, geese, blue heron and deer. It was clean and comfortable. We would love to come back!

A very comfortable and charming home on the lake.This house had everything you need for an enjoyable time on the lake. The yard had a lot of space, the wrap around deck was great for morning coffee and just reminiscing about the day. The game room was an added bonus. Fully stocked kitchen and amenities.The host Bill and Jennifer were extremely helpful and answered any questions promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Great Lake location, House was clean, Kitchen well stocked with necessities, Beds were comfortable, Only negative-the listing says two kayaks, but one had a broken seat & was unusable.

Our overall impression of the property was great! We enjoyed the view, the room layout, the large game room and bedding options.

We stayed here in spring and were thrilled at all the options on the property and conviently close by for entertaining our family of four.The owners are gracious hosts and really thought of everything. The game room has foosball, pool, board games, and a good spot to cozy up to a movie.There is a lovely firepit and fabulous screened in porch (this is a MUST in NC mosquito season!) and a gas grill. The owners have generously shared their kayaks.CS boat rentals is a 20 min drive and you can rent jet skis and boats there, the owners have a private dock they open up to you for use if you do a multi-day rental, and it’s very clean and neat.Overall we highly recommend this property it was perfect for our family.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. There were tubes and kayaks for us to explore the lake. We loved the screen porch overlooking the lake. The beds were very comfortable. The firepit area was nice and we enjoyed makong smores. We totally felt at home. The owners were great and very accommodating. We will definitely be back for another visit.

The house has a great wrap around deck, and the screened in area was an added bonus. There was a need to remove cobwebs and clean stains off of deck furniture. Comfortable house with adequate space and a very enjoyable downstairs entertainment room. Kitchen was a good size, but not very well stocked with reasonable quality cooking supplies. Needed additional flatware and glasses. Found a couple live and dead roaches in the kitchen cabinets. It was nice to have 3-4 Kayaks available for use, but all of the seats were missing or broken.

It was a nice place that more than fit our needs for a week. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Nice dock area that we were able to easily dock a 22’ pontoon at. The owners were very easy to communicate with and worked with us on issues that were my fault. We will look it up again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake Norman Waterfront home. The house is very clean. The beds are comfortable. The yard and lake access are PERFECT. There is A LOT of seating outside. The screened porch is great for dining. The water tubes made for nice and relaxing floating and cooling off. We all enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. There are a few things to be mindful of: 1. Beach towels are NOT provided...this was stated in the welcome email, but we did not receive that until our check in date and we were flying from Phoenix, AZ. 2. Only 2 of the kayaks are usable, and only one of those has a seat/back support. 3. You can't use both showers at the same time...the water pressure drops significantly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Cheers to those that can afford to live on the lake. Wow! :)
