Lake Norman Retreat w/ Dock ~ 1 Mi to Marina!

Beautiful house to spend Christmas morning at with kids in town to visit relatives. My mother is in independent living in Mooresville and wanted a nice spot to get away and where grandchildren could visit and socialize with her. This was a fantastic solution and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lake retreat.

Perfect location and size for our family thanksgiving

This rental was fabulous — so clean and very well stocked in terms of kitchen items, water toys (SUP boards were a bonus along with the life jackets), board games, and extra towels for the lake. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and checked in via text from time-to-time. The neighborhood was great (just minutes from a Harris Teeter) and the aside from a single trip to the grocery store we stayed at the house the rest of the time and had a blast. Thanks so much!

This was the second time my sisters, daughter and niece have stayed at the Lake House. We love the layout and convenience of the location to family that live in Mooresville. Would definitely stay again. If only the weather would cooperate.

A wonderful lakehouse that was clean and comfortable.Had all the amenities we needed and the beds are super comfortable.The owners provide a range of equipment for use on the lake that are great .Highly recommended.

This was a perfect spot for our girls weekend. Quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, nice bottle of wine waiting for us, beautiful lake views and panoramic deck - comfortable beds and clean bathrooms!

We stayed here for a fall long weekend and hope to come back soon! The house was beautiful, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The back porch is big with an amazing lake view. We spent most of our weekend outside enjoying the view and the fire pits. Very close to groceries, restaurants, etc. Strongly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, Great Lake view and comfortable house. We appreciated how well the house was supplied, clean, and nicely decorated. Mattresses were very comfortable. We had great communication with host. Welcome book with suggestion of activities was very helpful. We would highly recommend this place!!!

This house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. It is equipped with anything you might need. Property owner was very quick to respond to us. Complementary bottle of wine was well appreciated after a long day of traveling. We will be back!

The property was as advertised and provided a great opportunity for our group to relax. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding areas and our host, Lisa, was very responsive and helpful. Our group would certainly stay there again.

This was our second trip here and we had a great time. The paddle board and kayaks were so much fun and the pool noodles were nice to have to float around in the lake. We will definitely be back!

5 ⭐️ from top to bottom. We come out to visit the g’kids every spring and have rented a few Lake Norman VRBO properties. Past experiences have been generally underwhelming at best. Not here. Great location that is close to the marina, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Beautiful neighborhood with a great view from the ultra large deck. Upgraded appliances and well stocked kitchen. Our host, Lisa, was fantastic and extremely responsive.
