We located one of the finest lots, stripped the old home back to the studs, added to it and completely rebuilt it to the latest "Urbanology" design. No expense was spared in creating the finest vacation resort in Lake Norman.
The property has two beaches on-site — the main beach is over 130 feet wide and sits on a safe and private, swimming and kayaking bay. The over 300 foot lot commands huge main channel frontage for your lake vacation. An added bonus is a concrete boat launch and private dock with onsite parking for numerous boats and cars. This home has been designed to accommodate friends and family members for a resort-style vacation.

Beautiful sunrises in kayaks. Property manager in contact every day Well cares for property.
We would definitely stay here again.
My overall rating of this house is 5 stars…here are my takeaways….nothing super crazy but thought I’d at least mention everything for people to know when they book: - Beautiful home that is decorated very modern…just like photos show - Amazing water views from the large windows at the back of the house. - Kitchen is well appointed - Lots of toiletries available - Very clean!! - Toilet paper is not cheap (this is important!) - Comfortable beds (except bunks have cheap mattresses) - The drive into the property is a nice, smooth drive and the property itself is nice and flat. - Renting from a company like this means lot of conveniences such as boat rentals delivered right to the dock (but the house & boat rentals are expensive) - No separate exhaust fans in bathrooms….just mentioning because I like to turn my exhaust fan off unless needed but the fan comes on when the lights are turned on. And the fans in the hall bath and Jack & Jill bath are rather loud. - No countertop space in master bathroom or in the Jack & Jill bathroom - The hand soap sucks….it’s so, so bad! They buy good TP and then make their own hand soap that is completely watered down. ?♀️ - The hot water takes FOREVER to get warm and it never really gets hot (except the king bedroom closest to the kitchen…it gets hot there) - No outlet close to dining table that I could plug a large laptop plug into…the outlets in the floor recess in, so I couldn’t use it. - Renting a house this expensive means one would expect everything to be top notch. The deck needs staining something major. The roof has leaks. The house needs painting. These aren't necessarily things that distract from the stay but it just shows they don't take really good care of their properties. This property has an excellent location on the lake and also to restaurants and shops in nearby towns. If you don't mind spending a little extra money, this is a great property!
A wonderful property with loads of activities for the whole family. We never left the lake…grandkids even did a polar plunge during our cold weather stay. The only Inconvenience was the water pressure at the kitchen sink was extremely low but maybe that’s life at the lake.
We live in Charlotte and came for a weekend to celebrate my fiancés birthday and to get away from the city. This house is gorgeous, has all amenities and the views are breathtaking. Wish I could upload pictures I took from sunrise and sunset. We all had a great time and will definetly return in the future.
This property is well equipped to fully enjoy the lake experience with family and friends. Everything looks new, the property is well kept, and there is a good amount of privacy. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway any time of the year.
We had a great time and place was very nice! Thank you
Home was very clean and everything you could possibly need during your stay is provided. The hot tub was a hit in the cold weather. Would absolutely stay again.
The location of this property is excellent. Right on the water and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family. Really liked the sandy, private beach, boat launch and fire-pit. While the outdoor space was more than accommodating the property would benefit from some basic maintenance - specifically, the deck needs paint and some of the furniture, both inside and out, is worn. Finally, the grill needs to be replaced or cleaned thoroughly. These items are easily addressed and, overall, did not deter an enjoyable stay.
Nice, quiet stay. House had many amenities and we had a good time even though it rained most of our stay.
