• Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

• The primary guest who makes the reservation is required to complete and electronically sign a rental agreement on behalf of all guests, confirming acknowledgment of the property's rules and policies prior to arrival.

• The booking guest must also complete a secure identity verification process through our trusted third-party guest portal, Happy Guest.

• A refundable security deposit authorization of $1000 may be required before check-in. This authorization will be released within 7 days after departure, provided no damages occur and all house rules have been followed.
