Stayed Jul 3, 2024Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s sits on the hill and has a nice view of Lake Tahoe. We were able to see fireworks from the location.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024The property is clean, but the first thing you notice is a stained rug as you walk in. There are a lot of stairs, and many scuffs on the walls. We liked the location and there is a view of the lake from the deck, but the deck needs repaired as some boards were loose and there were nails sticking up. There is an area to park, but it is very tight. We own a Subaru Outback and could not open the doors on both sides of the car. I had to let the passengers out before I parked, so I could park and get out of the drivers side. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property if a few things were updated.

Stayed Sep 13, 2023The location of the property was perfect for us. The view is outstanding. Our contact person, Eli, was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to our emails. The interior and exterior lighting was good. The property is mostly clean, however, overdue for some updates It appears that the property is being marginally maintained and overdue for some capital improvements. Our suggestion is to update the bathrooms and kitchen and replace the carpeting and windows. Maintenance issues: The kitchen water pressure is low, the balcony deck is in need of repair, the shower/tub caulking could use some attention, and the television in the bedroom is not functioning.
