We loved staying at this beautiful lake cabin. The view was beautiful and reminded us all of our many years at our lake home in Leland. The home was clean and inviting. The kitchen was small but had almost everything we needed. Our only small complaint was that they need a large fry pan and more coffee mugs with handles. The written instructions were very helpful. Thank you Rebecca for sharing your wonderful cabin! We’d love to return next year.

Cottage was gorgeous. Lake was right in front of deck and sunny & calm for the entire stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend. The weather was absolutely perfect for long strolls on the beach and incredible star-gazing at night. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we left feeling rested and rejuvenated. We hope to be back!

Beautiful home, beautiful lake views. No visible sunsets or stars but that was a weather issue. Hiked Sleeping Bear dunes, visits to Traverse City and lots of other quaint towns still decorated for Christmas. Loved it all!Highly recommend, must be extraordinary in the summer months.

Even in the middle of winter, this is a very special escape. I've been coming up north with my family since I was a little girl. Now that we have a little girl of our own (9 mo.) we've outgrown my parents' home in Traverse City when we return for the holidays. We're very familiar with the area and knew exactly where we wanted to be. This cabin affords fantastic accessibility to Leland and Glen Arbor, two of our favorite small lake towns. Long walks on the beach are right outside the door - a must-do even if it's freezing! Views of towering dunes and the Manitous which are impossible to capture in the pictures. Also impossible to capture how clean the cabin is!! Northwoods places can be a little spidery which I can't say is my favorite... not here. Not a speck of dust to be seen, let alone 8-legged friends :) This is a place I can imagine returning to season after season and year after year. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Great property and location!

My family and I have vacationed in this area for decades and this is one of the best places we've stayed at. Owner was responsive. The location is idea. The view is spectacular and from the Master Bedroom you can hear the slow waves rolling in at night (summer). Ideal.

The location and views are amazing! I gave this cottage 3 starts because they canceled our first night at the last minute. They told us is was a water issue but the cleaning crew let us know someone had just checked out. When I arrived the cottage was pretty dirty and unorganized. They had toilet brush's and paint next to the food in the pantry and the kitchen was not well equipped. We normally like to cook together as a family, but decided to dine out all week because the kitchen wasn't very clean and not easy to navigate.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We’ve rented the last two years and have nothing but great things to say about the house, owners, and location. A+
