Lake Loveland Stunner w/ Hot Tub, Pergola and Fire Pit

The house is immaculate and well provisioned… we were visiting the area for a wedding and ended up not using the hot tub outside very much because it was pretty chilly.The nicest bedrooms are downstairs but are accessed by a narrow stairway off the kitchen. Since my husband and I both have mobility issues we didn’t go downstairs…All the beds were comfortable and we hung out in the kitchen and living room. It was a lovely simple house.

We were thrilled with the accommodations! There was a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and the backyard is perfect!

The house was in a perfect location for access to Fort Collins and Estes Park. It was also great to relax in the hot tub after all the activities during the day.

Highly recommend staying here! This house had everything we needed.It was well taken care of, comfortable and fit 3 families for a volleyball tournament. Hosts were wonderful and really seem to care and appreciate their customers.

This is a great house. Very clean. Perfect for a large or small group. Nice hot tub. Lots of extras in the kitchen if you like to cook. Nice location. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again when we are back in Loveland.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. It has so much space for big families and is laid out well. The back yard is wonderful with lots of seating! The owners are just a phone call away and communicate so well! You will not be disappointed in this house.

We had a wonderful time - lots of space to hang out with family and friends. The house is clean and well organized with all of the kitchen cupboards and drawers labeled. Everything about our stay at this house was amazing! There is plenty of seating for large family meals, whether in the four seasons room or outside at the picnic tables. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, large living room, and the fully-stocked kitchen. We felt so at-home and the layout of the home and bedrooms/bathrooms served our family group perfectly! The hosts were unbelievably hospitable, and from the moment we walked in to when we left there was excellent communication for any needs that arose. I feel blessed that this home was available for the dates we needed for a special celebration in Ft. Collins. It's location is so convenient for Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park, Ft. Collins (with it's night life in Old Town and live music scene) and the beautiful scenic drive towards The Mishawaka music venue and Rustic, CO/Red Feather Lakes (whether via the back route through Masonville or through Ft. Collins). I will cherish the beautiful family memories and time we shared at this home!!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home in Loveland. The layout was perfect for our family of 9, providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was peaceful, making for a relaxing stay, and the location was excellent—conveniently close to many attractions, including Rocky Mountain National Park.The only opportunity for improvement would be the main-level master bedroom bed, which was quite uncomfortable as it sank significantly in the middle. A mattress update would make this otherwise fantastic home even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, well-located retreat.

This was an incredible property. We have stayed in several rental homes in different times of the year and in different states. Overall, this is one of our top two properties that we have ever stayed in. This one, in particular might be our number one overall because of its location in the city. It was quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and it was easy to get to. Besides that, the home was well stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and super generous. They even left us a wonderful card along with a bottle of wine. That was a classy move.This home was everything as described, and even more. It was well worth the money.
