As you walk up the deck and enter the home, you’ll immediately notice the amazing lake views. The open-concept main level features a comfortable living room with a large-screen TV and a wall of windows and patio doors overlooking Lake Arrowhead. Step through the patio doors onto the large deck, where you’ll find plenty of seating, a gas grill, and a beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the view.

The main level has a fully stocked kitchen that opens into the dining and living areas, making it easy for everyone to hang out together. Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom. Down the hallway is the laundry room and the spacious master suite with a queen bed.

Head downstairs to the lower level, where you’ll find even more room to spread out. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other is perfect for the kids (or the young at heart!) with two bunk beds.

The lower level also features a second family room with an extra refrigerator, desk/workspace, TV, and games — a great spot for the kids to have their own space or for everyone to relax after a day on the lake. Best of all, you can walk directly out from the lower level onto the lawn and down toward the water.

Outside is where lake life really shines! 🔥🌊 Enjoy the fire pit right near the water, your own private pier, and kayaks and paddle board available for your use. Spend your days swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, or simply relaxing by the lake.
