Lake Keowee Escape w/ Dock, Deck & Lake Access!

Great view. Nice layout. House nessled in woods

The host did reply back when we had questions but was not able to help much when the tv would not work. I had to clean the kitchen when we arrived, there was splattered sauce on the walls and cabinets. The only water toy available was the canoe, the other boats mentioned on the website were not there. As others have mentioned, the beds were not very comfortable. There were some sticks that had been collected for the firepit, we went ahead and bought some bundled wood and left it for the next guests to start off with.

Such a fun place on the water! We enjoyed a very peaceful stay.

Great, location

We swam everyday! The house is stocked with more than you need. Coffee maker was user friendly People just need to know there are a lot of stairs. We’re 77 years old. We were fine. Some people can’t do stairs. Thank you

We really enjoyed the house. The dock was great for the boat and the nice public boat ramp was just a stones throw away. The upstairs pool table room was fun. The beds were fine but mostly firm. The kitchen was not very well equipped so if you play to do a lot of cooking yo

Beautiful house with gorgeous view of the lake. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfy screened in porch looking out on the lake. House is very clean and as described. Pool table is fun. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful lake homenot too far from everything. The only downside the roads are not easy to drive late at night.Home is a great set up for families of 4 to 5 people

We enjoyed our stay at Keowee cottage. We were visiting our kids and grandkids.

This house was great! We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. We really enjoyed the pool table and played a few boardgames. The dock was very nice and the view was beautiful!We were visiting our son at Clemson and it was a quick 18 minute drive to campus. I was concerned about renting because some reviews complained of the beds being too hard but we didn’t have any issues with sleeping. We would rent this location again.

Well appointed spacious lakeside cottage. Very comfortable great view. Pay close attention on final approach, driveway is easy to miss especially at night.

Comfy & clean… a perfect getaway spot.

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location was close to all of our activities. The host was very responsive to our questions. The lake was very relaxing and we enjoyed sitting and watching the sunsets from the screen porch.

The first few days that I was there, the house smelled like body odor. I found somebody else’s hair in the shower. Some of the bedding was stained. It was generally just not very clean. turning around in the driveway is very difficult. I think it would be difficult to have more than one car.

As always, love Lake Keowee! The view of the water and changing leaves were beautiful from the porch and dock. The kitchen had new appliances as well as new washer and dryer, although the ice machine appeared to not be hooked up which was only a problem our first night until we could get ice in the morning. We were disappointed to find out that we could not use the fireplace on our fall evenings since it was shown in the pictures but we still had a wonderful week with friends.

Fantastic! Such a beautiful home and relaxing few days on the lake. The girls enjoyed Clemson volleyball camp and the rest of us enjoyed the beautiful clear water on the lake. The upstairs beds are very firm but otherwise this was the perfect location for us.

The house worked great for us, thank you. Clean and well equipped and the lake is beautiful. On the side of a hill which makes for awesome lake views but a steep driveway and lake access, neither were an issue for us. We hope to stay there again in the future.
