Lake Kai Charmer - 4 bedroom, Beachfront Deck, Kayaks, Resort Amenities

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was great. Kai lake is not really a lake you’d want to swim in (although a few do). The pool facilities were great, the common areas with ping pong, pool table, basketball & tennis court, playground and gardens. We moved walking around. The house has its own kayaks, bikes, wagon and chairs for beach, umbrella. We did not see any towels that resembled beach towels, so bring your own. There is a hairdryer. Any cooking items (oil, spices) are not stocked if you plan to do cooking.

Kept kids busy dawn to dusk without the stress of entertaining them. Set up very well for three families with 3 or less kids each to share. Well stocked and kid friendly.

The grounds were immaculately clean, the pool and splash pad were well kept and great for our kids! Lake Kai was great and Lake Michigan was an easy walk! This house was such a great location! You have the beach right out the back door, a quick walk down the boardwalk to the activity center, and steps from the pool! The house was so clean on arrival and had plenty of space for our 10 adults, 2 kids, and 2 infants. Seating was never hard to get and a table big enough for family dinner. Cannot recommend this house enough! Already booked next year! The only complaint our family came up with was wishing there was additional trash cans in the house. Management was so helpful and great with communication.

Reviewer Comments: This house was great for our family - a small sandy area just off the porch and before the boardwalk with a bigger beach area in front of the lake. Four children under 10. Kayaks and paddle boards available free as part of the package. Two bedrooms up and one bath, one bedroom main with 2 baths. Would have preferred a second bath upstairs. Overall, very pleasant and enjoyable.
