Our family cottage on Hutchins lake is perfect for family getaways! Our home is fully furnished and has a large screened in porch with a great view of the lake and those Pure Michigan sunsets.
Our walk in beach is very unique to the area - great for building sand castles and bonfires. Hutchins lake is a spring fed sand bottom all sports lake - you can bring your own boat!

Stayed Sep 30, 2025Four friends of longstanding— all senior citizens— enjoyed a terrific stay at this beautiful lakefront property. It could not have been better. The house is lovely, roomy, and very well appointed (including a fridge that is so modern and spectacular that it does everything but tell you where you put things). The location on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood could not have been better: 5 minutes to Fennville and 15 to Douglas and Saugatauk—1 minute to the lake. A perfect getaway. We can’t wait to return next year.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Loved the house and the lake. Great fishing, caught a 30 inch Northern. Plenty of room for the 8 adults. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return soon
