This beautiful location is situated on the clear waters of Lake Sunapee and has just been updated. We recently bought the home and would love to share it with you. As you enter the main floor, you will be amazed by the view of the lake. Relax in the open-design living room, on the screened-in porch, or down on the large dock. This is the perfect spot to enjoy views of the lake.
The sweeping granite stairs with about 45 steps and railing take you down to the dock.

Stayed Oct 6, 2025Extremely well-equipped place in every respect: kitchen, bathrooms, linens, etc. Great views of the lake and what would be a delightful dock in season. The host was responsive and engaged with our needs. Really comfortable, quiet (again, a bit out of season, so not sure that always applies), and also nicely landscaped. Wonderful stay!

Stayed Feb 22, 2024This is a top notch lake house! Such pretty views of Lake Sunapee and very easy access to Mount Sunapee for skiing. Inside was clean and cozy. The host was very accessible via the vrbo app with any questions that you may have. Highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 21, 2023My family fell in love with this house. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was perfect for all our needs. The views of the lake are stunning. The house is very clean and well maintained. The high ceilings and the picture windows (towards the lake) gives the interior a lovely sense of space. The fireplace was a real hit for everyone, given the winter snow upon our arrival. The kitchen is very functional and allowed us to cook an awesome Thanksgiving dinner. The primary bedroom was terrific and had a wonderful view of the lake. One of the bedrooms was a loft space, which was pretty cool. The location was exceptional given its proximity to Lake Sunapee and the ski slopes (unfortunately we just missed opening day). We would come back in a heartbeat!

The house was beautiful, clean, and filled with more kitchen and bathroom amenities than any other rental house I’ve stayed in. Check-in was very simple, and we were greeted with a wonderful welcome basket. We would love to visit again!

Stayed Feb 17, 2023The place is well kept and clean. Lots of stuff in the kitchen for cooking. Blankets and comfy couches were great while watching tv. Highly recommend to stay here, it was fabulous!!
