Stayed Aug 3, 2024Pros: beautiful lake view, clean linens and towels, very responsive host. Cons: Ants in one of the beds that kept returning in spite of constant spraying, oven didn’t work (owner then supplied a toaster oven upon our request), TV remote didn’t work, sofa cushions batting was coming out, weeds, including poison, climbing over the cobweb covered windows, unable to use deck because chairs were covered in cobwebs and bird poop, cobwebs on indoor walls, torn screens on doors and windows, whole place needed deep clean. Unexpected stairs to haul our stuff down to the house, as well as almost 100 steps to reach the lake (and back)

Stayed Sep 9, 2023Several of our friends and family had a great stay here, kayaking and tubing, swimming and fishing, cooking great meals and playing big rowdy games at night. Dog friendly and very accommodating, and close to Bolton Landing! Not a spot for folks who aren’t too active, as the stairs to the water and dock were a wonderful workout each trip ☺️

Stayed Aug 24, 2023This place was great for our group of 8 adults. On the water with beautiful view and close to downtown Bolton Landing shops and restaurants. Joe is super accomodating and helpful and goes over and beyond to ensure his guests are happy. Would definitely recommend staying here!
