Situated on the tranquil shores of Lake Ontario, The Beach House 4969 offers a daily escape to paradise. Recently renovated, this home provides all the comforts of home in a serene setting. Experience gorgeous lake views from both levels of the house, allowing you to enjoy beautiful sunrises each morning and unwind to the soothing sound of waves while taking in breathtaking sunsets each evening. Create lasting memories at this one-of-a-kind, family-friendly coastal retreat.

The front patio features a few steps leading down to a cozy sitting area. You'll find ample space in the foyer for coats and shoes upon entering. The kitchen seamlessly opens to the living room, complete with counter stools for convenient serving. The living room boasts an entertainment center with a gas fireplace. The back patio door leading to the back deck features a propane grill for outdoor dining. The white sandy beach just outside provides endless entertainment for children, with sand toys and beach towels for added convenience. Deep water is great for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking, especially with young children. Additionally, there's an outdoor firepit with wood and Adirondack chairs for relaxing.

The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is great for longer stays. The fully stocked kitchen includes a bar and a mini-fridge. The beachside of the home features a wall of windows that offer breathtaking views of the beach and lake. There's also a powder room on the main floor, located in the living room.

Upstairs, the open floor plan offers stunning views of the beach and lake from the master bedroom (king bed), which features a cozy sitting area and a dedicated workspace with views of the beach and lake. Separating the bedrooms is a full bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and toiletries that you may have forgotten. The bayside bedroom (queen bed) and (twin bed) offer views of the bay overlooking the front entranceway of the house. Extra pillows and blankets are readily available for your comfort.

Each room in the home has a flat-screen TV and streaming services, and the large kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Parking for 8 cars is also available.

This is the ideal place if you're seeking a family-friendly beachfront getaway. The property is conveniently situated directly across from two restaurants, Don's Original and Bill Grays, serving ice cream. Additionally, you'll be just a stone's throw away from Sea Breeze Amusement Park and a newly built public boat launch. A short walk to the pier for fishing. Marge's Lakeside Inn, located four houses down, offers live music most nights until 10. There is also a putt-putt course about a mile up the road and a playground directly across the street. Lastly, a paved biking/walking trail also starts directly across the street. Whether you're from out of town looking to enjoy the beach on one of the Great Lakes in the world or a resident seeking a staycation, this unique vacation rental is sure to create lasting memories for you. Close to area colleges, including the University of Rochester and Rochester Institute of Technology. Approximately 20-40 minutes away from all that Rochester offers.

You will have access to everything besides the basement. The driveway is large enough to park 8 vehicles. There is also a parking lot across the street, should you choose to bring a boat, jet ski, or other large water-friendly toys.

There are cameras on site, mounted at all exterior doors. These turn on and off with movement, and also periodically take still photos during the day. Any violation of house rules (no parties or gatherings other than house guests, no pets, no smoking, etc.) seen on camera may result in additional fines or being asked to leave the home - please make sure to follow and respect all of our house rules.

We have wonderful neighbors, but they do not expect to be bothered. They also enjoy the tranquility of the lake and beach so we expect that all guests are respectful of their privacy and their property. Guests should at no time be on the neighbor's beach. We are in contact with our neighbors, and if that occurs, it may result in additional fines or you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.

Living on the lake - please understand some insects will also be joining you outside while on vacation. Although we do have a professional company to spray regularly, we can't stop nature.

Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional fees.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and/or neighbors.
Beach/Lake hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No glass containers are allowed in this area. An adult must supervise children under 18 at all times. Swim at your own risk.

No Smoking within the property or on the patio, balcony, and/or decks. If you smoke on the beach, please discard cigarette butts appropriately.

No Pets Allowed on premises including service animals.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 (unless discussed and approved)

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Visitors Policy: Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have visitors.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited

Respect our Neighbors: Please refrain from using the neighbors' beach

Ensure all trash is removed and placed in the outdoor garbage can before checking out
