Stayed Apr 26, 2026House is beautiful inside and out. Outside patio with gas grill and pool is very nice. We decided not to do the hot tub. Too busy! Plenty of towels and some paper products. But bring what you think you would usually need. Very dog friendly; ours loved it. WIFI instructions are there. Had a wonderful contact, Dustin, to answer any questions.Really nice place to relax

Stayed Jan 21, 2026Could use a few more items for the kitchen like can opener, Maybe crock pot is very bare. Cookie sheets old and rusted. Ice in fridge doesn't work, External ice machine doesn't work either.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025We enjoyed our stay here; the home was spacious and clean. Hot tub was awesome. Heated pool would have been ideal, but it was a rainy time while we were there. The outdoor fire pit was not in working order, although we tried to see if it was fixable. I think it has done its service. We were only given one roll of paper towels for the kitchen for 4 days…but that did not affect our comfort overall. I would definitely stay here again! My pups were happy too!

Stayed Nov 28, 2025Our stay at this property was great! Communication with the property manager was easy, and he was very responsive and accommodating! The house is very spacious, with plenty of towels / extra linens which is a nice plus. Beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was great. No issues with the hot tub which is rare these days! Pickleball in the garage was fun!

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Stayed here for 2 weeks, love the house! Pool / hotctub for the afternoons and a fire pit for the evenings. Garage is absolutely incredible, great for outdoor games while staying out of the sun. Lots of parking to keep cars out of the way. Will be staying here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our Lake Havasu stay at this property. The house was clean, updated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The back yard is wonderful! Access to the garage was a big plus. The pickle ball court and other games in the garage kept us entertained when the weather was too windy to be on the lake. The hot tube was quite new and worked very well. Dustin was very accommodating and quick to reply. We are already planning our next trip to stay at this property again!
