Lake Hartwell Mountain Home with Stunning Views and Deep Water Private Dock

We spent several weeks at Russell‘s property and he was excellent host. The water was perfectly deep for our wake boat and the house was absolutely dreamy.

Our family had an excellent stay and enjoyed all the space to spread out and relax. The dock was a great space for the kids to play and hang out. Overall a great house, would definitely return!

We stayed at this property for our family Christmas holiday, and it was amazing! The house was perfect for our large family, giving us plenty of space to be together while also having room to relax.The bottom floor was perfect for the kids, with its open space, large sectional, TV, ping pong table, and a kitchenette/bar area with a microwave and fridge. It became their favorite hangout spot! Upstairs offered plenty of space and comfort for the adults, and every bedroom opened onto a deck with stunning views—the highlight of our trip.The house itself was stunning, with thoughtful touches and a cozy yet spacious feel. The large kitchen island and dining table were perfect for our Christmas dinner and big family breakfasts, making mealtime special.The house was incredibly well-stocked, with everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and beds so comfortable everyone slept great. Small details, like the coat rack by the door, made a big difference. Some of our family enjoyed fishing off the dock and even caught a few catfish.We also loved taking day trips to Brasstown Bald, Helen, GA, Seneca for Christmas lights, and Dahlonega to visit the gold mine. This home gave us the perfect balance of space for gathering and relaxing, making it one of our favorite vacations ever.Thank you, Russell, for letting us enjoy your home for the holidays! Home is our new favorite rental in the Clemson area! Kitchen was stocked like home and made it so nice and easy to feed a crowd. Views were STUNNING! And we appreciated having so many king beds! Perfect rental for multiple couples!

The house was great. Very spacious and well equipped! A lot of steps down to dock!

The house was clean and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessary equipment to feed a big group. Loved having an upstairs and downstairs area to hang out. The kids loved the ping pong table and TV area downstairs in the evenings, while the adults hung out upstairs. Beds were very comfortable. Dock was a great place for everyone to gather during the day. Plenty of lounge & folding chairs for everyone. Plus the umbrella was great to keep some of the area shaded. Everyone enjoyed the canoe, kayaks & paddle board provided. Sunsets on the dock were gorgeous. Thank you for a great family vacay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and clean with plenty of room for our large group. The host was accommodating and always responded promptly to any questions I had. We would definitely stay there again.

We had two families enjoy the weekend get away. Russel was very quick to jump on anything we needed. Had a few items that were addressable for the future renting and followed up with photos when this work was underway. Awesome stay
