Nice property in Hot Springs. Things look a little doubtful when you first turn on the road, but once past the dock construction business, it's fine. Owner/management was super responsive to an issue with a broken bed box spring, it was addressed with minimal hassle to our party.

Everything was great

The host was responsive.The road down to the property worried us because it has an old Marina junkyard just 2 properties away from THE BOBBY with debris scattered everywhere. We worried that the house would be a disaster but The house was pretty good overall. but some important items needed improvement/updates. In the middle bedroom, the queen bed mattress was just awful. It was sunken in the center.

The host went above and beyond. She found us restaurants and suggested venues to visit! Very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. The check-in was easy. We found everything that was needed. The facility was clean and well organized. The kitchen utensils and glassware were provided. The water equipment was provided and we enjoyed using it. This is great plus.

Excellent location. House is equipped with everything you’d need, plus some. Owner is fantastic with communication. House is in a cove with dock for boat. Also has kayaks & paddle boat. Kids LOVED IT! Very much recommend!! We will be back!

The Bobby is a wonderful little house on the lake! The house is a perfect size for our family of four and really enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the hot water issue in the hall bathroom and we encountered some ants (dang bugs!) inside the house which are hard to get rid of.

Very nice and peaceful retreat ! So close to tourist spots !! That was important ! No TVs in bedroom, which is different !

Close to everything, grocery 2 minutes away. Hot tub was perfect after day of hiking.

We stayed for a weekend for a bachelorette party and had such an amazing stay. It’s the perfect little spot tucked away right on the water and the amenities are amazing! The hot tub, blackstone grill, and private dock were some of our favorite things. Everything was very clean and very welcoming. Will stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay @ The Bobby. We relaxed, enjoyed Hot Springs, and caught fish from the private dock.

My friends and I wanted somewhere to stay near Hot Springs and with a lake view. This home was such a perfect place for our stay. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths had ample room for us all. We did not want a party scene but a relaxing view and vibe. This home offered everything we were looking for.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was great for our needs. The hot tub was so relaxing each evening. Had the weather been a little warmer we would have enjoyed the lake options more. The house is away from the traffic and crowds but only a few minutes from everything in Hot Spring. The road to the house is a bit hard to see. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I recently stayed here to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary! The house was in great condition and the lake view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the beautiful deck and the hot tub in the evening. We will be back!

After traveling for several days, this was a great place to unwind before heading home. It was quiet and relaxing. Nothing beats being close to the water.

Perfect home on the lake for a weekend getaway. After long days on the softball field, peaceful to come back to and relax by the lake.

Spiders were an issue! They were all in the house. My family tripped up the steps a few times steps by side of walk down rail uneven, easy fall! Other than that we enjoyed the Bobby house! Neighbor on right was super friendly made us feel at home! We love the lake life! Thanks for offering this house to families!
