Lake Granbury House, Sleeps 11 with Lake Access!

The house was fine we just had a few issues. There were mice and mice dropping in the house. The outside trashcan was completely full when we arrived on Thursday afternoon and stayed full till we left on Tuesday. The grill outside was too rusted to use. And the hot water was hit or miss. The owners were pretty accommodating and they were concerned about the mice. Nothing was done about the mice while we were there.

The house and location was absolutely perfect! The kids bunk room and game room was so well thought out! We appreciate you having coffee pods!! Overall very cute house and the owners were in great communication with check in process. Thank you!

Great house, very comfortable!

We enjoyed the house. All the things for everyone, our toddler loved all the toys, husband and son fished. The paddle boat was a hit with everyone. Very relaxing weekend.

The kids very much enjoyed the variety of activity from the kids and game area in the bunk room to the fishing and more. Super sweet hosts were helpful. The kitchen was great for cooking with everything needed and plenty of space so not every meal has to be eaten out. Relaxing atmosphere and peaceful neighborhood.

This cozy and charming house on the lake inlet was a great location for our family meet up. The game room brought the kids together with bunk beds, pool, air hockey, table tennis and board games; while the adults were able to catch up in the spacious open concept living/dining room. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boating, fishing, sitting by & meditating by the water, grilling, and having coffee on the deck. It was nice having Granbury City only 15 minutes away, as we were able to enjoy the 4th of July fair downtown and incredible fireworks show while parked off the Pearl St bridge. Overall, it was a great place and time for our family!

What a comfortable, warm welcoming home! We found the property to be beautiful and amenities fantastic. The view was so chill and relaxing. Plenty of room for our family of 6. I would highly recommend this fabulous house for any family gathering or just a chill weekend retreat.

What a lovely high-end cottage on the Brazos River. I grew up spending summers in a log cabin in Canada and this came as close to my childhood memories as any other place has. The furniture is stunning, the rooms are extremely spacious and the decor fresh and homey. My favorite space (without a doubt) is the bunkroom / game room. There are two bunkbeds with trundles and we could sleep 9 children so easily. In addition, there is a multi-purpose game table with air hockey, ping pong and pool. There is also a huge assortment of boardgames and books - for every age. What fun!!! Granbury Square is paradise with fabulous quirky, high-end and chef-inspired restaurants. The square is also filled with wonderful shops and the best part is the Granbury Theatre. Downtown is but 15 minutes from the lake house so it is a perfect distance. The peaceful quality of the lake house is enhanced by the grass farm across the street with seemingly never-ending waves of beautiful grass. If you want to fish - - the catfish are jumping. If you want quiet and solitude to finish your summer book - you've got that too. Need to watch movies or sports - - there are huge TVs with internet and streaming services. There is also a fenced-in yard so our kids could play safely and still be outside. Would we return? IN A HEARTBEAT!
