Stayed Aug 3, 2024The property was very enjoyable, quiet area, lake front (bit of a walk). Kids had a blast the entire time from fishing, swimming, running around. House was clean and large enough to comfortably house 10 (11 including dog). Robert was a very gracious host and I would highly recommend if looking for hidden gem in Lake George.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Had a wonderful time in Ticonderoga. Rob and Patty were terrific hosts. The house and propery were very well kept, and we loved hanging at the boathouse. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living room was large but cozy, with plenty of room for our group of 9. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great family vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great with plenty of room for everyone. The lake was SPECTACULAR. Close to everything but far enough to relax! Thank you for sharing your home! We would not have changed a thing! We hope to see you again!

Stayed Oct 11, 2019We had 5 couples come in a for a fall wedding from across the country. The house was fantastic for us and worked perfectly. Our host was great to meet us and explain everything. The sticky notes were helpful. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall this place was great. It was very clean, the owner was nice and we had everything we needed. A few things that we didn’t love: the place isn’t ON the lake and wasn’t very private-neighbours are very close with no separation. In addition the owner had agreed to let us have a late checkout, but then came by much earlier to ask when we were leaving. This really affected our plans as people had to drive from 4 different cities and feeling like we needed to vacate earlier than we had planned was very difficult and cut our trip short. We were also asked to wash bedding etc, which I feel shouldn’t be expected when you are paying to rent a property as well as paying for a cleaning fee. The owner did pop in quite often which was fine but we definitely didn’t feel like the place was ours for the weekend.

Stayed Aug 24, 2019We had an amazing time staying at Rob and Patty’s home. The house was well stocked and they have every detail covered. We were greeted upon arrival and given a thorough tour of the house and grounds. Rob clearly communicated throughout the entire booking process and was accessible at all times. The kitchen literally had anything you could possibly need. The outdoor area around the house was setup for anything with several picnic tables to hang out during the day and a covered area to eat at night. We made great use of the grill and the fire pit. Their dock is great to store a boat, fish off of or just hang around on and enjoy the lake. Location was close to the marina, public boat launch, Walmart, and town of Ticonderoga for anything you would need or are looking to do. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will be looking to stay here for future vacations. Cant thank Rob and Patty enough for their hospitality

Stayed Aug 3, 2019My entire family came from different states to gather in the house. It is extremely hard to get five bedrooms in one place in the area so we were pleased to find this one. It was very well stocked for a large group. We enjoyed the fire pit and secluded dock. We had a couple of large float things for the kids which we bought in the area. Spent most of the time swimming-making s'mores and chilling. We did Fort Ticonderoga and also Star Trek Museum which were fun. One point -bedrooms are on top floor and you need to traverse rocks to get to dock in case you have someone not able to do stairs etc. We all had a great time and appreciated being together in one space. Younger people also liked the fact they could plug in with WIFI (although usage was rare)
