Spread across three levels, the home provides plenty of room for your group to relax and enjoy your stay. The property includes a main level, upstairs, and a walkout basement, with stairs connecting each floor. Inside, you'll find comfortable living spaces designed to give your group a convenient home base while experiencing everything Lake Geneva has to offer. Wi-Fi and cable TV are included, making it easy to relax at home after a day at the lake or exploring downtown.



The home features 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, including 2 individual full-size beds and two sets of bunk-beds, as well as 1 full bathroom.



Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: one full size (upstairs)

- Bedroom 2: one full size (upstairs)

- Bedroom 3: two bunk-beds; full over full, twin over twin (main level)



Please note that the home is not handicap accessible. There are stairs leading from the walkout basement to the main level as well as stairs connecting the main level to the upstairs.



One of the highlights of the property is its outdoor space, giving your group another place to spend time together during your stay. The outdoor patio area includes chairs and an umbrella for relaxing outside during the day. Additional outdoor yard games will also be made available. During evenings or nights, string lights illuminate the area, creating a comfortable setting for nighttime conversations and gatherings, while guests can also enjoy the fire pit surrounded by chairs.



The home offers an excellent location for experiencing Lake Geneva without being removed from the area's main attractions. The property is just a short walk from downtown Lake Geneva, the lakefront, shopping, restaurants, parks, and the Geneva Lake Shore Path. Nearby Riviera Beach sits along Geneva Lake in downtown Lake Geneva and offers a sandy public beach within walking distance of the downtown business district, restaurants, shops, and the Shore Path. The Geneva Lake Shore Path itself stretches for more than 20 miles around the lake, offering beautiful waterfront scenery and one of the area's signature experiences.



Parking is available directly on the property. The home features a large driveway with no designated or reserved parking spaces; guests may park as many vehicles as can safely fit within the driveway. Overnight street parking is also available during permitted times of the year; however, please be aware that seasonal winter parking restrictions may apply for snow removal and plowing.



Whether you're visiting for a summer lake vacation, family getaway, weekend with friends, fall retreat, or winter escape, the home provides a convenient base for experiencing Lake Geneva throughout the year.



Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our professional cleaning service that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is stripped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Guest access

You will have full access to all rooms and spaces inside the unit, except for one utility closet. Temporary access codes will be shared 24 hours before rental commencement by email.
