Lake-Front Woodson Bend 14-1

Communication was good. The steps and sidewalks getting down to the unit were treacherous especially at night with no lighting! The unit needed some cleaning—trash and dirt on rugs and we found several nails and a fish hook on the coffee table. Also, the shower in the master bathroom leaked badly on the side next to the sink cabinet. Shower head dirrection was changed, but it still leaked. We had a wonderful time because we were with good friends, but these were concerns.

Excellent property. We spent hours on the outdoor porch.

We had a wonderful time! It was roomy enough for 5 of us to be on the screened in porch, living room and kitchen. We really enjoyed playing tennis and pickleball. Looking forward to going again soon!

This is our third stay at this property, and we will hopefully return for years to come. The beautiful accommodations, along with built in amenities that come with this resort, make it one of our favorite places! The host is exceptional to work with.

Our family of 6 had a great time in Woodson Bend in this lovely condo. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the people in the unit above us. It sounded like a herd of elephants stomping on our heads til midnight on Friday and 2 a.m. on Saturday. None of us could sleep and it definitely put a damper on our mood and stay. I’m sure this is not the case all of the time. I mention this just so others will know it is a possibility.

Easy to find, clear and direct instructions for locating and checking in. Super clean, everything we needed, and perfect for a quick weekend getaway!

The condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed in an absolute perfect setting. The community is amazing! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever had in any VRBO.

Very nice well decorated three bedroom unit in Woodson Bend. The bedrooms were small but adequate. Primary bedroom bath shower was really small and if you’re an oldster like I am you really have to be careful in there because it is slippery. We really enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and Evenings after getting home from dinner. Just a beautiful view of the lake from there. Close enough that you can walk to the pool if you’d like.
