Brand new Lakehouse in Bronston 2 Bedroom with large loft

Very nice! Private, quiet, clean, and beautiful accommodations.

The house is beautiful & clean. Love the decor, everything you need is there. We didn't hang out in the loft as my husband can't get up the stairs but it is awesome as there's a pacman arcade style game & a collection of board games. We used it for extra sleeping space for a couple of our friends. The owner is amazing, so kind & helpful. This was the perfect space for our retreat that we hosted as it was away from everything, quiet & peaceful. Enjoyed the fire pit & made use of the grill. Bed was super comfy. AC works great! Shopping is less than thirty minutes away so getting groceries was easy. Mayor Mike, the neighbor & maintenance man was extremely helpful & friendly. Also the entire community shut down the boat ramp for a couple hours so we could do baptisms there. Awesome!! Hated to leave, will definitely go back.

It was a great weekend! We’d definitely stay again. Driveway was a little tricky with such narrow roads towing 26 ft boat bc of small ditch turning into property but driveway area was huge. First time in Cumberland so we didn’t expect this (although we should’ve) but we worked it out and all was great. Firework show was awesome!

Our family owns a property in close proximity to this house, so it’s a very convenient location. Plenty of parking and extremely close to Echo Point boat ramp. This puts you fairly close to Burnside Marina and even closer the famous Party Cove! The 2 private bedrooms have very comfortable queen beds. The 2 twin beds are in the loft, along with 2 comfy sleeping couches. Beyond that, you need air mattresses for more people. These are provided by the host. This neighborhood is so welcoming. You wont be better taken care of anywhere else!

If your looking for a great lake house for the whole family this is it. Close to echo point boat ramp if your bringing your boat. The hosue has great parking as well for your trailered toys. The large fire pit is great for family time and roasting marshmallows. The house itself has everything you can ever need in it.

I cannot say enough about this house. It had everything you needed and more : ) Perfect location with plenty of parking for boat and multiple vehicles. Only minutes from Echo Point private boat ramp. About 30 minutes to Conley and 20 to Burnside. All the cooking utensils you will need! The house is open and roomy and decorated sooooo CUTE!!!! Lots of board games and a Pac-Man arcade game which was one of my favorites. Oh...... and the stereo system/speaker was a hit. It is AWESOME! Sabrina was absolutely wonderful to work with and so quick to respond. She went above and beyond whenever I reached out. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful. Hoping to be back very soon to our Lake Cumberland HAPPY PLACE : )

Amazing and relaxing

We had a great stay! Beautiful and clean home. They have put a lot into this place. Sabrina was very easy to get ahold of with any questions and responded quickly. Several games for kids/families available. We really enjoyed our stay here.
